Lacking a bit of inspiration this weekend, what is everyone else up to?

Work tomorrow morning, long dog walk and TV tomorrow afternoon

It's marmalade making time of year - how about that?!

Daughter's ballet class both Saturday (9-12 am) and Sunday (9.30 am-3pm). They are training for a big performance.
We might go to the zoo for lunch on the way home Saturday to get some fresh air.
So a boring mum weekend.
I will bring my knitting, a book, Netflix and go for lunch Sunday with fellow dance mums.

Last week I was away on a small island 3 night with a friend no kids no husband - much more fun.

Sleep in for as long as I want, watch the birds on the feeder outside my window for a bit. Do a few chores, do a few low effort hobbies, then heading to my friends house for movie and dinner. I'm completely burnt out this week!

You probably don’t want my plans as inspiration….

Tomorrow, DD1 has a birthday party in the morning and then her own party in the afternoon. We’re taking 8 girls (including our two) to the theatre and then for pizza after. I predict a lot of giggling!

On Sunday, DH and I are doing a baby sale event to sell off our girl baby clothes.

I’m 29w pregnant with DS and I am already exhausted thinking about it.

I have a nail appointment tomorrow then I'll be doing some shopping for food and Panini stickers. Exciting stuff.

Pizza tonight, Parkrun with friends tomorrow, then a Sunday lunch just me & DH at our favourite restaurant, belatedly marking our anniversary.

I'm doing a Pilates class then making pie & mash.

Friday Thai take away
Kids swimming lessons Sat AM
Tip run + house chores sat PM
Kids get their iPads whilst we do that.

Sunday - national trust park for walk and lunch (annual members)
Trampolining in garden with kids
Film and chill - either at cinema or home.

Going up to Glencoe to walk Bidean Nam Bian but the weather forecast is making us nervy.

We have 3 days booked up there so 🤞 for at least one day of walking weather. DH and I celebrating our anniversary in an avalanche is NOT the plan.

Work tomorrow morning, will meet my df for coffee after. Tomorrow afternoon go for a walk with dh, takeaway for tea.
Not sure of plans for Sunday.

Absolutely nothing. Just completed and submitted an assignment for my degree (mature student), then stopped on the way home from work to get enough bits that I don't need to leave the house.

It's cold and my car's playing up too. The universe is telling me to stay here...and I'm listening 😂

Garage clearout. My brother and nephew are coming over to take the SH one T to the dump. I've already given lots away so it's only the crap that's left, but it's heavy and messy. I'll supervise and make tea and sandwiches for the workers!

Then it's a start on one of the spare bedrooms where a lot of STUFF was parked when renovating downstairs. I dread it, but if I time it right, anything that needs to be dumped can be put out with the garage stuff I suppose. But I am very disorganised, hence all the "stuff" ha ha.

When they are gone I'll do some baking, my favourite Saturday thing. Not sure what yet, will see what I have lurking around.

Tomorrow is the usual gym, take DC swimming then shopping and finally cleaning through house and then Sunday celebrating my Bday 😊 out for a lovely meal.

Botox

DP is performing in a local panto all weekend, so I'll just watch telly tonight. Tomorrow DD and I will go to see Mean Girls and pop into the library and Primark and have some lunch, then a friend might come over in the evening. Sunday we'll go to Mass then go to the panto.

Oh dear it's a terrible weather forecast with rain, storms and wind.

We are going to visit my dad tomorrow, will stop in and change my eternity ring on the way as the shop sent the wrong size

Will get a Burger King for dinner on the way home which is a nice change as we live miles away!

Sunday I have lots of farm jobs to do, mainly cleaning out barns and pens. Will probably take the dogs a nice walk too.

Back to work on Monday after a whole week off due to snow! Boo.

Tomorrow is trying to defrost water pipes at the yard after being frozen solid for 5 days. You are welcome to come and help 😁. Sod's law some will have cracked too so will have to search for cracks and plug them.
If fields are de-frosted enough then will be turning TBs who have been stuck in for 5 days and then praying they don't kill me trying to turn them out or themselves by galloping around like lunatics.

Then final shoot of the year for Ddog and hoping she behaves.

Sunday is dog training and just booking somewhere nice for lunch.

I want just 1 weekend where I get to stay in bed until lunchtime and don't have to run around after animals and children.

Market for bread and veg in the morning. Need the yummy bread for the marmalade I made last weekend.

Cinema with a friend on Sunday

Climbing wall with a friend while ds at club. Dropping ds at grandmas then starting my chazza shop jigsaw and will continue into the evening with snacks and chimney sweep arriving 9.30 on Sun. Not an euphemism.

Saturday, I'm having my nails done and then in the evrning going out to celebrate a friend's birthday.

Sunday will be spent ferrying my girls to their respective football matches

We're viewing 2 houses in the morning. Home for a quick bite to eat then clearing out the garage and a tip run.

Sunday will spent on the sofa, catching up on TV. DP is planning on making a curry

gym, swim, then brunch, then football, then I'll go to the pub with DH, then cooking a big steak.

sunday : lig about a bit, then will log on to work and do some dreary stuff freeing myself up to skive on Monday morning

Will run to Parkrun, do Parkrun and run home as need to do 15k and CBA to do it on my own- this will break it up a bit. Then basically drive kids to various sports for rest of the weekend. DS has rugby match on Sunday that is a 5 hour round trip FML. I've given up on Dry Jan and got 2 episodes of Slow Horses S3 left so that's my Saturday night. Once I'm done with that my life will be pointless until they release S4.
