To think Starmer seriously needs a better haircut

The current hair is just awful, a weird 50s throwback style. Why isn't the Labour party hiring people to style him to look (and sound) professional for leadership? It's not enough these days just to be yourself and jog along. It's serious.

Is that why he did so well last time?

Yes hair. I suppose that’s all supporters can say now

I’m sure he’ll take it gladly

I think it is quite clear that Corbyn didn't do well last time, probably people didn't appreciate his hair enough.

Equally it is quite clear that Sunak will do worse when he decides that the Great British public can have a say in whether Sunak should be PM.

Thank god for that given his Hamas friendly views and antisemitism

Still if he looks up his social media PR he’ll be glad to see ‘hair’ from the committed. Small mercies and all that

Am I one of the committed?

verdantverdure · 14/10/2023 12:54

But this thread is about Keir Starmer though.

And hair.

EasternStandard · 14/10/2023 13:02

A shame for the pp they mentioned Corbyn enough then

I can see why not everyone wants him brought up

Kudos for about the only thread going talking about him positively

verdantverdure · 14/10/2023 13:16

Keir Starmer's up against loons burbling about mythical meat taxes and imaginary local councils that control how often you can go to the shops who have destroyed our economy, left our infrastructure to crumble and can't even make a railway joined up.

He doesn't need my help Grin

AdamRyan · 14/10/2023 13:37

But Jeremy Corbyn is very important to British politics. And his hair. And his commie hat.

True.

Isn’t it nice he lost so overwhelmingly given his views.

Antisemitism and terrorist friend reduced to a mere hair follicle

Lucky days

I think we are wasted here.

‘Wasted’

yes maybe if that’s your preference

AdamRyan · 14/10/2023 14:40

I think regular readers of the political threads are probably finding it entertaining.

I noticed the other day that Jeremy Hunt's eyes are very close together. Unelectable.

Very apt. His terrible views never to be aired again, instead his hair and hat reduced to lolz on mumsnet. Go well But Jeremy.

EasternStandard · 14/10/2023 14:45

Oh I know antisemitism and pro terrorism is a laugh a minute. I get you.

I’m kind of entertained by the only thread praising Corbyn this week is this one.

He’ll be relieved someone is out there

Yes go well.

The amount of derision on posters who voted him out.

Lucky lucky

Lemondrizzleandacuppa · 14/10/2023 14:48

What’s wrong with his hair? It’s cut into a normal style and looks like it’s been brushed before he leaves the house. I’m not a particular fan of Keir Starmer but his hairstyle isn’t something I’d even think to criticise.

At least he didn't break the law and lie about it to parliament.

I guess that was just lolz and so is supporting the people who did.

On the subject of terrorism, are you happy to join me in condeming Hamas' attacks on Israelis and equally Israel's attacks on Palestinians?

Are you still batting for Corbyn?

Really?

Do you think he’s antisemitic?

We dodged a bullet.

Its the latest in a long line of increasingly bizarre justifications for continuing to support the current "tragic joke" of a government.

Janiie · 14/10/2023 15:21

'At least he didn't break the law and lie about it to parliament'

I think he did post a snap of a knees up he had in lockdown?

But yes at least he didn't eat a sandwich at work and get a fpn, just laid wreaths on Hamas terrorists graves. Lovely.

Well I suppose we found the last Corbynite

Pro Hamas antisemite that he is. He’ll be pleased.

Are you going to provide any evidence for the allegations in your post?
