I'm travelling for work and my DH gets a bit jealous so I can't share with him not post on social media about it...

I'm glad you are enjoying it but how pathetic of your DH to be 'jealous' ... my DH travelled a lot for work and I loved hearing about his travels, he's been to so many different countries & had the most amazing experiences, I'm not jealous, just interested. Is he offended because you have a more 'senior' job to his? Hmm

Not overly impressed with that tbh. Does it taste better than it looks? For Michelin I would expect the broth/jus to not look so sloppily placed. I will probably get slammed for my comments, but if paying Micheliin prices it should look perfect and exquisite.
