Trigger warning: newspaper story involving sex abuse and baby murder. To be furious that this girl has been treated as a suspect and not a victim

I am utterly perplexed by the decision to charge and label the daughter as being in a consensual incestuous relationship with her father. She had 2 babies with him before she was 20. He had another with another of his daughters, which was forced. Who on earth in their right mind believes that any daughter would willingly have a consensual sexual relationship with their own father and choose to father his children and give birth at home without any medical assistance and then kill her own babies?!!! This poor young lady lost her mother at a young age and has doubtless endured years of abuse and trauma. Yet here she is, paraded around by the tabloids and charged rather than being treated as a victim.

I sort of agree that she’s a victim, BUT they are hardly likely to say ‘that’s ok then off you go, enjoy your life’ are they. A court case will make sure she gets psychiatric help , whereas she might not think she needs it. It’s a process they have to go through!

Freedomintruth · 19/09/2023 11:57

So let me get this straight. The mother dies at least 15 years ago and we don't know how. There were 10 to 12 kids in total and not one of them has come back after they left? There's no evidence that I have read proving that these babies were murdered in the first place and this girl very much looks like she has mental illness.
she should be getting psychiatric help, NOT put in prison. Who really knows what age this girl started being abused.

Freedomintruth · 19/09/2023 12:00

They need to do a psych eval ASAP, without even reading the story, she looks mentally ill in the photo.

Freedomintruth · 19/09/2023 12:04

Thank you for your comment, it's right on the money. This man sounds like he is one sick puppy. I do want to know how the wife died and what the story was with the 12 other siblings. That could shed a lot of light on the situation. This kid looks extremely mentally ill and should not spend one minute in jail but rather a psychiatric to get some help.

mike4442 · 19/09/2023 12:14

This photo in the article was taken as a joke (they used nutella or so), here you have a photo of her from her father's FB profile when she was 16. The very post above the photo speaks for itself "Hot chick for the taking".

Unfortunately, but the only chance for this girl her to be declared insane or incapable of judging her own actions. Otherwise she will end up in prison, where as a child killer she will have no life.

The mentality in small Polish towns/villages is completely different from that in big cities. For the most part, poverty reigns there, the vast majority of people are uneducated, unfamiliar with proper social relations. Her father, who comes from a large city, very easily took advantage over the local community and very quickly set them up for himself, which is why everyone kept quiet. In my opinion, he is the one who should land not in jail but on the hook for what he did to those children, and the children (regardless of age) should get immediate help, but that won't happen.

A terrible case, and the worst thing is that it happened in front of EVERYONE - and no one did anything about it.

I assume this is something to do with it being a catholic country? Women are all temptresses, innit?

mike4442 · 19/09/2023 21:52

No, rather, with the fact that villages like Czerniki (about 200 residents) function as closed communities. Even if the public services/police came and tried to intervene/ find out what was going on (which was the case here, several times over the past 10 years), they didn't have the slightest chance to do so, because there was a total conspiracy of silence. There have already been cases of murder/rapes/disappearance (children too) in the past in such small villages in Poland, and these cases have never been fully solved precisely because of the conspiracy of silence.

Also, all this "Catholicism" in Poland is one big scam, where were these great religious people all those years when the children from this house needed help?

As for the role of women - again, small poor village, low level of education and very limited social relations. Such a thing wouldn't actually have a chance to happen in a larger city.

I was a victim of grooming and sexual abuse (not by my parents) it’s not as easy as you think it is to just walk away!!

Shiningstar80 · 20/09/2023 13:20

As a victim of grooming and abuse (not by family) you don’t seem to understand what that entails.
I can assure you that on the outside it may seem consensual but it doesn’t mean it is

Uk authorities not looking so bad now then eh ?

This story is horrific but that doesn't change the fact that the UK police force is completely fucked.. another met officer in court this week for shooting an innocent man dead for not being white no reason whatsoever. The two things aren't related.

toadasoda · 20/09/2023 13:41

If the 3rd baby was a result of an incestuous 'relationship' between the father and a different daughter, then that daughter should be also charged with incest. If not and she is shown to have been groomed/ abused then that would be enough evidence to show this girl was also abused. It has to be one or the other surely?? Otherwise it's unjust. That's just from a neutral perspective without even considering how sickening this is.

mike4442 · 20/09/2023 14:02

The first child was the result of the rape of an older daughter who ran away from home after birth. Reporters reached out to the people who now care for her (another town) asking why they, knowing the situation, did not notify the authorities, but did not get an answer.

The second and third children were the result of this "relationship" between the father and the younger daughter. Eventually, it turned out that 3 people had been living in the house for 3-4 years: a father (52 years old), a daughter (20 years old) and a disabled son (24 years old). The neighbors admitted that the disabled son was repeatedly seen outside the house in the evening hours sitting in the yard or by the street, and when asked he replied that he was thrown out the door because his dad and sister had gone to have sex.

This is dreadful and sad but don't be naive enough to think that this doesn't happen ever by choice.
There have been cases of young women who have chosen to engage in sexual relationships with their fathers.
I am not saying that this is what she did.
But to all those saying a young 16 would never do this is simply untrue.
Unfortunately, in my job I have dealt with cases like this.

Well, I'd be willing to bet my life on the fact that it's never the child who instigates it Angry

JMSA · 21/09/2023 14:12

And I'm sorry, but what a fucking weird place they lived in.

mike4442 · 21/09/2023 14:52

A comment under one of the articles about this case - I completely agree with its author:
"I absolutely love Poland and have worked there on and off quite a few times. One thing I noticed on one of my many drives around the country was the HUGE difference between the larger towns and cities and the smaller towns and villages; architecture, roads, buildings, people, peoples attitudes everything.... The larger towns and cities were modern, forward thinking, 'European' places while the smaller towns and villages could have come straight out of the Dark Ages."

mike4442 · 23/09/2023 09:30

The prosecutor's office and police are conducting an intensive investigation into the case. We spoke with a person who knows its backstory. He tells us that everything that has been established so far is shocking even to experienced investigators. Apparently, Paulina G. has nothing to reproach herself for. The girl has not shown any remorse.

  • "This is shocking and downright scary, this woman is defending her father at all costs, she claims that everything is fine, and that the fact that she lived in a relationship with her father is nothing wrong," a person familiar with the behind-the-scenes investigation, but who requests anonymity, tells. She is downright brazen and arrogant. After all, this is about the death of children, and she shows no remorse. She acts as if this is her daily bread," we hear from our informant."

Edited

she claims that everything is fine, and that the fact that she lived in a relationship with her father is nothing wrong

Girl who has been groomed and repeatedly raped by her father whilst a whole village of people condoned and accepted it is unaware that its wrong, what a shock!

She is downright brazen and arrogant.

Well of course she is the hussy, she was having inappropriate sex, this must be her fault 🙄

mike4442 · 23/09/2023 14:56

Paulina and Piotr G. also harmed animals.

Activists have reassured that the animals are now safe at the shelter. Unfortunately, one of the dogs - Beethoven - requires lengthy treatment. "It comes as a shock to us that the large St. Bernard weighs only 28 kg and has spent his entire life on a chain. The pooch needs a more thorough examination and certainly treatment (you can see his sick eyes right away)," - informs the Foundation.

The dog is visibly emaciated and has bloodshot eyes. "He is currently barely standing on his feet, so we will provide him with quality meals several times a day. Fortunately, he has an appetite," the statement added. The St. Bernard has already had a visit to the vet. The animals taken from the farm in Czerniki will not return to their previous owners.
