It could be chewing gum, shower gel, food, pens, anything really. For me it's the Muller corner vanilla yogurt with chocolate balls. A gorgeous treat and it's under a pound!

Maybe a Mars bar?! I don’t know what’s under a pound these days apart from some herbs and veg if weighed out into tiny amounts. Hopefully a Mars bar is less than a pound.

Pineapple from Sainsbury's. 95p. I bloody love pineapple.

GigiAnnna · 21/07/2023 07:47

Asda night time sanitary towels, 50p. No need to spend £3 plus on the branded products.

ModerationInEverything · 21/07/2023 07:47

When it's the right time of year, a bunch of daffodils.

ISeeTrees · 21/07/2023 07:59

I think they're made by kinder, those little happy hippo things- 35p. Perfect treat, like a Bueno but smaller (cheaper and slightly easier on my waistline). DC would choose crisps!
Non food related, I like a nice hand cream (home bargains under £1) or pack of scented tealights- vanilla-y ideally.

A nice liquid hand soap from Home Bargains. I had a beautiful Knight's Castile one that smelled amazing and was 75p. I was ridiculously pleased with it!

Great idea for a thread!
I'm still waiting for my lightbulb moment and will come back to you!

It used to be Keronics glossing serum from Tesco for £1. But it suddenly went up to £1.75 and then they stopped selling it. I use it to detailed dds hair

Toothiepegg · 21/07/2023 08:53

But they need better glue! They're always unsticking themselves from my pants, and going askew, so I've given up with them.

bethanybetter · 21/07/2023 08:59

Daffodils are definitely mine as well in spring.

Currently the limited edition Salted Caramel Wispa, it’s amazing!

A book from a charity shop you've been wanting to read

caringcarer · 21/07/2023 10:03

A coffe from McDonald's. They do really nice coffee and so much cheaper than other places selling coffee.

caringcarer · 21/07/2023 10:08

Just thought of another. I bought a gorgeous whippy ice cream cone at Bridlington beach and it was £1.
