Taylor codes- Are you ready for it?

Just starting a thread now in case codes start coming out at midnight or something crazy! I’m already nervous, can’t imagine what it’ll be like trying to get tickets!

When people start getting codes, update and let us know when they arrived and how you got them?

Hey, so if I am lucky enough to get a code today when I try to buy tickets, is the process:
log on
select best available
work your way down to the ticket price you can afford
check out where they are on the seating plan and if happy buy.
if not press the back button to release? To try to get other seats?
Dont press refresh?
thank you & good luck everyone!

This was for the presale but assuming it's the same again:

Create your account with AXS or Ticketmaster ahead of time but you don't need to be on this website at the time of the sale

You will get an email with the code and that email has a link saying buy tickets. You use this link to access the sale. Copy your code so you can paste it in, and also have it written down as a back up so you don't have to return to your emails again and waste time

If the ticket sale starts at say 10:00 then the waiting room opens 30 minutes before the sale. Be ready to click the button 32 minutes before the sale starts so you can get into the waiting room

When you finally get in to the sale page, put the amount of tickets you want at the top of the page. Don't select best available as it will put the £662 hospitality tickets in your basket.

You need to research the price levels and know what price tickets you want to buy beforehand and click on that price level first as there is no time to check the seating areas etc when you are on the sale page as you will miss out on tickets.

The price of the tickets includes all the fees, and there are a lot of fees.

What I did (and I'm so glad I did) was use the first presale as a trial run only. I didn't want tickets to the first two dates on sale but used the sale to work out exactly what to do so by the time the date I wanted came on sale I wasn't panicking and knew what to expect

I realise this is all ridiculous for a two hour show next year but I was informed that my DD would "literally die" without these tickets 😂

carlottacandle · 14/07/2023 11:40

@Unicorn2022 how do you research the price levels in advance? For example, I'm desperate for Cardiff but can't find that info anywhere

Helpisneeded100 · 14/07/2023 11:44

@Unicorn2022 thank you so much for this 🙏 I had no idea about the waiting room, so super helpful to know this.

so when you get to the sale page and put in the number of tickets you want at the top, are the tickets ordered in terms of cost descending? So you can scroll down until you find the price you are willing to pay? Thank you xx

I saw this for Wembley

I thought I read it would mess things up if you refreshed the page or tried to log in on more than one device with the same account. Is it worth using both my computer and phone or just sticking to one device?

Assuming I even get a code for general sale of course!!

Do not use more than one device.
we had 4 devices open at the 11am sale and we all got kicked out of the queue for having too many browsers open. Tried again at the 1pm sale with one device and got in and purchased almost immediately with no problem.

tryingsomethingnew · 14/07/2023 12:13

I think this was answered before but there isn't much difference between the Never go out of style package for £195 and the most expensive seated at £194 except the merchandise. My question is are the package seats any better than normal seated?

Jigslaw · 14/07/2023 12:15

CoffeeMama1 · 14/07/2023 10:30

I find this so confusing, because it seems like only those who registered for presale VIA the midnight's release got a code, and anyone else who registered for presale via the standard presale link that went out a short while ago didn't get it. Could be purely anecdotal but literally no one I know who used the "normal" presale got a code.

You got a pre sale code for pre ordering midnights or if you signed up for free to the mailing list before October 22. I signed up for free and for 4 tickets in the presale, bands always have to offer this I also got pre sale for the foo fighters by signing up for free to their mailing list.

Not from what I've seen no, the style package is sat on the top level

JustLurkingAway · 14/07/2023 12:18

Most lower tier seats seem to be the long time coming package

isthesolution · 14/07/2023 12:19

This waiting is awful! It's all my dd wants for Xmas.

My understanding is even though we get the code today (if we are lucky!) we can buy the tickets til Monday at the earliest. Is that right?

This is quite confusing!

TaylorTickets · 14/07/2023 12:31

@isthesolution yrp that’s right. You need to pick a date and then check when those dates go on sale :)

I did notice when I joined the AXS queue in presale with a second device at the very bottom of the screen there was queue id which was the same as my 1st device so I don't think there's any advantage opening more than one device for the same account and you may be kicked out

EsmeSusanOgg · 14/07/2023 13:07

Anyone got a code through today?

tryingsomethingnew · 14/07/2023 13:11

Nope.

crastinatelikeapro · 14/07/2023 13:12

I registered for each venue. I'm assuming I'll get 4 emails, about whether I have a code or am waitlisted for each one. Am I wrong? Will it just be one code which can be used for any venues and date? Otherwise what was the point in registering for a particular venue?

No I haven't Blush

EsmeSusanOgg · 14/07/2023 13:20

It says they may arrive up until midnight this eve... Hoping for Cardiff tickets - which will be a total scrum to get next week!

gibegobble · 14/07/2023 13:30

@TaylorTickets the email says we will be assigned a specific city AND date so I don't think we even get to choose what date we want.

Montasaurus · 14/07/2023 13:32

Reiterating everything said above.
Pre sale was very easy. Get in the waiting room 30 minutes before, logs you in and off you go. I secured tickets within 15 minutes.

However, I think the general sale with a code will be a bloodbath. I have friends in Europe that have seen TS on multiple previous tours who have failed this week to get tickets. Unlike the pre sale where there seemed to be enough tickets for codes (you may have had to pay more but I haven’t found many people who didn’t get them), the general sale seems to be more of a free for all.

Wishing everyone lots of luck x

I think you are assigned a city and date of sale. So for Liverpool and Edinburgh this doesn't make a difference as all dates for those are being sold on the same day. If you want Wembley you will be restricted as their 6 dates are split across 3 days, with a June and August date on each day of sale. That's how I read it anyway.

Doidontimmm · 14/07/2023 15:57

Daughters friend just got the email - waitlist for Edinburgh 😕

gibegobble · 14/07/2023 15:57

I'm waitlisted too 😭

NotPennysBoat · 14/07/2023 15:58

Waitlist for Liverpool :(
