Tesco Complaint

Has anyone complained to Tesco? How did you do it?

I phoned Tesco this morning to complain. The automated voice said the wait time was 3 mins. I waited and waited and waited, the phone was finally answered after over 25 mins. I said to the woman, 'I've been waiting on hold for over 25 mins' and she said she didn't believe me. 😮 She then dismissed it by saying 'we're busy'. She also dismissed me when I explained my complaint.
I couldn't find a way to complain on the Tesco website so I searched online for an email address. I found one and emailed my complaint to that, only for it to bounce back and say the address is no longer monitored. The Tesco website says you can whatsapp them, so I tried sending my complaint through that but the message will not go through 'message send failure'. I'm sending other messages through whatsapp so I don't think it's my phone.
WTAF!
How do you complain to Tesco??

I'm now raging I've spent (wasted!) most of my morning trying to figure out how to make a complaint. 😡

What is your complaint? Maybe going into a store to complain would be more fruitful?

I get your frustration as most places these days make it impossible to contact them.

If all else fails, vote with your feet or even use snail mail to their head office.

If it’s causing this much angst, is it worth the stress & effort?

Write to the store manager?
If it’s about a product, is it own brand, if so contact them directly?

But yes, it's incredibly annoying when they don't have emails (though i assume there are reasons)

What is your actual issue though? Is it with a particular store? Online delivery? A branded product?

Twitter. I've contacted them many times via direct message on Twitter and they respond within minutes usually

I find that Twitter tends to work, had a huge issue with our energy company, no one would sort it, I was handed from person to person on the phone, I went on twitter and it was sorted within the day!

Don't talk crap. People should complain about poor service.

Best way I've found is via social media as it's much more visible so they will respond back quickly.
