AIBU to wonder about this tattoo? (pic included)

Waiting for tube this morning, I was looking at an ad, and couldn't help but wonder about the tattoo on the 'omio' advert. It looks, well, you tell me. I can read 'with intention' but what do the rest of the words say and is it a quote? What does it mean?

Is it a dick?!

It's a person's arm and the hand is clinching something or fabric.

No idea but whatever it is is vile. I am so waiting for the tattoo fashion to disappear, it's been around for a good many years now and tattoos look horrible. It's so nice to see young people who have nice, clean looking skin.

Maybe it was on purpose... clearly getting peoples attention.

Buts to me it doesnt look like a dick. The picture is clearly out of focus. You can't make out the icons clearly under the brands name/slogan.

🙄 nothing wrong with tattoos. I have 10 and will be getting more. It'll never disappear so get over it

I have zoomed it and yeah I think its an arm grabbing money or a tissue or something. But it's "upside down" to me. Still, hope the model loves it.
