Panti Bliss according to Wiki is a drag queen and gay rights activist ie a gay man who enjoys dressing as a woman for a hobby.

This is very different from being trans.

I know a few women who have fully transitioned from being men and they have so called normal female names and lead normal quiet lives, some of them after going through pretty significant trauma in life.

Reminds me of reading about the gay scene at one of the Louis' courts, who brought female prostitutes to orgies where they kicked and generally abused and degraded them, because they hated women so so much and we're happy to advertise that. Also had some really weird mother issues going on.
