And please don't jump on me and say 'but a man can't become a woman', because in my view they can be considered to be a woman following surgery. That's my own personal view.

Anyway, it seems he's a drag "queen" butbuf he was trans, I believe he's a 'trans woman " not a trans man. A trans man is a natal woman who identifies as a man.

(Except when they want to have babies, then they temporarily identify as a woman, or somehow do the thing only women can do without identifying as a woman).

@SolitaryMind no I'm referring to men who take female hormones, have all male parts removed, female outer parts created deliberately & facial surgery & laser hair removal done to become more feminine.

A man with a penis removed as per your example is only female if the intention to become and live fully as a woman is there and if he does the rest / or most of the above plus changes his name & changes the sex on his birth certificate.

For example some men with eg Prostate Cancer sometimes need hormone therapy - which can make male breasts more obvious, smoothe the skin, make hair luxuriant etc an effect a bit like HRT, as my grandad found.
But taken in isolation that is just a cancer treatment. It does not at all make a man a female.

Confusion over whether HE is a transman or transwoman can be avoided by calling him what he is - a man.
