It’s not to my taste but I love that you love it - I’m glad you made it work for you with the sofas too (and that you resolved your cushion dilemma). It does look very cosy.

I can’t get a picture with DD asleep on me (I’ll have a scroll back through photos to see if I already have one) but mine has white walls, chesterfield sofa with burnt orange cushions, oak shelves and lots of plants. Very different vibe from yours - mine probably isn’t cosy.

My son and his friends are draped all over ours, so no photo, but I’d describe ours as ‘Slightly fucked high-ceilinged Victorian vibe’.

Not my bag. I don't dislike it at all, don't get me wrong, just not my taste. My living room probably isn't to your taste though, it's like a jungle complete with monkeys. I like that you are happy though, the world needs as much happiness as it can get!

I don't dislike it, but cosy is definitely not the word I'd choose. That big, bare expanse of dark teal is a bit like a cold, dark sea to me! I like your rug.

I like it but not keen on the fairy lights as they remind me of a teens bedroom. I'm also itching to straighten the mirror. I'd like to see a photo of your wall colours in daylight please, op.

I love your mirror that way round! The diamond shape makes it such a feature. I have a square mirror in the bathroom... I think I might go and set it that way too.

Also, it’s lovely that you love your home, I love mine too - no photos because I’m not in it now, I think it’s such a valuable thing to feel like you love your home and feel happy and secure there. Home is my favourite place (okay I wouldn’t turn my nose up at a second home somewhere slightly more tropical 😂), we spent a lot of time energy and money on making it just the way we like it.
