To say I am not culpable, as all my lies were accidental

and I just said what I was instructed to say - it isn't my fault if the things I was instructed to say were untrue, is it. I can't be expected to understand what is legal or illegal, it is too complicated. And anyway, I don't even think it matters.

What?

CruCru · 21/03/2023 15:46

Is this Boris Johnson or the Met Police?

MrsMoastyToasty · 21/03/2023 15:46

Prince Andrew, is that you?

youwouldthink · 21/03/2023 15:46

ok then....

IhearyouClemFandango · 21/03/2023 15:47

Hey Boris

Nimbostratus100 · 21/03/2023 15:47

Anyway, why can't I just say what I want?

OP posts:
Nimbostratus100 · 21/03/2023 15:49

Anybody who points out I'm lying is morally highly suspect, probably communist, and is secretly working to bring down the UK

OP posts:
GreenFingersWouldBeHandy · 21/03/2023 15:50

Are you high?

Icedlatteplease · 21/03/2023 15:50

What?
More information needed I think

Weddingpuzzle · 21/03/2023 15:50

Bloody leftie lawyers. Upholding the LAW. What are they thinking? Peasants.

Nimbostratus100 · 21/03/2023 15:50

I told you all I was telling the truth, how dare you waste taxpayers money pointing out I was lying, because these lies don't count, and it was all an honest mistake. I am the one being honest here

OP posts:
TooExtraImmatureCheddar · 21/03/2023 15:51

…although it is perfectly ok for me to waste taxpayers’ money on my defence legal team. Duh.

Iwantmyoldnameback · 21/03/2023 15:52

Well of course it's not your fault you have lied all your life and it's just brought you success how would you know this is different? I'd blame that nasty Captain Hindsight with his curry and beer, oh and don't forget to drag Rishi in it as much as possible.

Nimbostratus100 · 21/03/2023 15:52

Also, we don't have a written constitution, so I haven't broken it, and anyway, it is my right to break it, according to our unwritten constitution, and most of the country haven't been educated well enough to understand and accept this. We'd better cut funding to schools to make this better

OP posts:
OhYouBadBadKitten · 21/03/2023 15:52

Which button do I press Boris? are you reasonable, or not reasonable? I've not had a leaflet through my door informing which way I should think today.

Couldyounot · 21/03/2023 15:54

"...an exception, one who should be free of the network of obligation which binds everyone else..."

That you, OP?

TooBigForMyBoots · 21/03/2023 15:55

Ah OP, I get it, I really do.Thanks How can you possibly know if you are lying or telling the truth unless you get £100,000s worth of advice on it? People are being mean.

EatYourVegetables · 21/03/2023 16:02

I didn’t do it, and anyway it wasn’t my fault that I did do it, and anyway it’s not your job to question me, and anyway I was set up, and anyway when I did do it it was someone else’s fault, and anyway I did do it but what about XYZ, and anyway I didn’t do it.

DrivingAllDay · 21/03/2023 16:03

OP, I'm sure you think you are being witty and clever but it's coming across as though you are drunk

Nimbostratus100 · 21/03/2023 16:05

EatYourVegetables · 21/03/2023 16:02

exactly. This is the correct point of view.

Just found this under a chat asking why people don't drink:

Nimbostratus100
it don't like it and it doesn't suit me

You're not wrong there OP.

TooBigForMyBoots · 21/03/2023 16:10

And it's not as though your lying in this instance was reckless unlike your Brexit ones. It was just a wee accident.

HairyMcHairyFace · 21/03/2023 16:14

I believe you also permanently have your fingers crossed anyway so it doesn't count.

ThreeLocusts · 21/03/2023 16:26

Yes of course, Boris - facts change with the circumstances and with your needs. Stupid peasant lawyers not understanding this.
