Yep, it will absolutely honk, it took my back bedroom over a year to stop smelling like weed and even then it still had a faintly 'damp caravan' smell about it where damp had got behind the heat reflective stuff on the walls and ceiling.. and the holes I had to repair in the ceiling from the venting equipment.

And that was a grow room about a third the size of this, used once... so this is going to reallllllllllly stink.

I imagine the previous owner or tenant is in prison so it makes no sense to waste time tarting up the property. Houses listed at actuation are sold like that for a reason, probably a quick sale from the back to recoup the costs. Usually they don’t even have photos inside.
