Missing/stolen parcel, new courier Evri.. what can I do?

I ordered a delivery of clothes which is showing as being delivered to my door yesterday. It wasn't.

The delivery company is one I don't recognise, its called Evri and is supposed to be "the new hermes"

There is a proof of delivery photo which just shows my front door. No parcel visible in the picture. No neighbours have claimed it.

I live on a busy main road and my door is literally on the street so if it was there somebody could have easily stolen it, but I'm yet to see proof that it was put there in the first place as I said there's no parcel in the delivery picture.

I cant speak to a human, the complaints form puts you onto a chat with an automated robot and there is no number to call. The automated service is satisfied that it has been delivered citing the empty proof of delivery photo...

What can I do? I'm quite upset as it wasn't a cheap purchase.

It's not just Evri. White Company use Amazon Delivery (didn't know there was such a thing) and a package was left out on my front doorstep all night; the confirmation said it had been handed to resident which was a lie. Luckily nobody pinched it but I did complain to the White Company. I'm really starting to hate online shopping.

Disgusted with evri I have mobility and mental health issues and can't go out without help most days and evri did not press my buzzer for my flat today and just dumped parcel outside. Took 4 hrs too update tracking and parcel has been stolen as tracking said delivery 13.27pm but didn't update till nearly 8pm. And they won't do anything keep saying it's delivered not too me and not too my front door and I live in a first floor flat

Hi all! I had a delivery by SHEIN and H&M delivered by EVRI on 7th October PM. There is a photo of proof of delivery but when I arrived home the items weren’t there. I checked with the Porter of the building a who accessed the CCTV and it appears the items were stolen. I live in a block of flats and I did not enter a safe place for them to leave the parcel but they left it on the concierge desk which is visible to the public.

do you think I can get a refund for this?

Contact whoever you bought it from, most stores would sort this out for you if you explain you have never received it.

Why aren't people using drop off boxes. They are so easy and safe to use and there are loads of them about.
