AIBU?

To have bought Harry Styles tickets?

No DC to take, no excuse, but his last couple of singles just make me really happy and remind me of great times this summer, so I've spontaneously bought early-release tickets for Wembley next year. DH will come with me and we'll make a day or two in London out of it.

Now slightly concerned that at pushing 40 we'll be the oldest swingers in town the stadium though. Or at least the oldest who are not accompanying teenage girls Blush.

Am I being unreasonable?

You are being unreasonable to care what other people might think of you being there. Trust me, no one will be looking at you. You like his music, go and have a great time.

I'm 47 and only taking my 10yo as cover. I would have gone alone if necessary. I CAN'T WAIT!!

I’ve really like his recent stuff. Just be prepared to be sat next to very excited teens. Took DD to Billie Eilish a few months ago and omg, the girl next to me knew every word to every song and belted them out between screaming fits!! She wasn’t in anyway alone. Don’t think anyone in the O2 actually heard much of BE.

It's ok @Chikapu I'm not really worried, I couldn't care. I couldn't be more excited. DH slightly less so, but he'll survive (and in exchange probably drag me along to some heavy rock gig at some point).

YANBU! My DH and some friends and I went this summer to Wembley to see him (we didn’t take our children and we are all in 40s and 50s) and we had THE BEST TIME!! Enjoy! (You will, he is amazing).

Well I went on my own to see him and there were tonnes of people older than me or in my age category. I'm mid 40's.

Would you like us to assign someone to butter your muffin?

Have just bought some for Cardiff, for my teenage daughters for Christmas. But really just so I can go! I am very excited!

YANBU, I’d love to go and see him but in my 50’s.

it’s annoying his fan base is so young, but because he was in a boyband I guess.

DH and I have seen Ed Sheeran and Adele (similar age to Harry) and we didn’t feel in a minority at all age wise.

it’s very annoying.

Definitely hot footing it to see Don’t Worry Darling though!

I work in a stadium so I'll see him for nothing. I would have definitely bought tickets if I wasn't working it. I'm 50. No youngsters to take.
