Alpha male is one of those phrases that I think mean different things to women and men. Men think it means they are tall / strong / wealthy. Women think it means arsehole.

Nah. He'll complain that she's looking bulky if she does that. And that she's going to the gym to meet men when she should be making the house look nice and getting his 10oz steak meal ready (whilst nibbling on just a lettuce leaf and a quarter slice of wafer thin ham herself before saying she's simply stuffed)

He wants somebody with a waistline like she squats, but with absolutely no muscle development. Might possibly let her do yoga classes or a bit of aerobics, but not running as her legs might get a bit chunky. Same way if he goes, he'll always, always miss leg day and never, ever do any cardio because 'it'll ruin my gains' and people might think he's a bit light on his feet.

In short, a twat.
