It certainly fill you up
until lunchtime! Costs under 10p too!

No

mama3bears · 01/08/2022 19:15

Yes you are

Skinnermarink · 01/08/2022 19:15

Are you ok?

LaTangerina · 01/08/2022 19:18

You mean calorie wise? Or are you drinking coffee to fill you instead of eating?
Coffee pods with milk can be over 100 calories each.

Comedycook · 01/08/2022 19:18

Obviously not.

Why did you post this by the way?

RagzRebooted · 01/08/2022 19:19

Not really, no. I'd be more hungry after than if I'd had nothing at all.

DeltaFlyer · 01/08/2022 19:19

I would say 2 helpings of starbucks or Costa coffee might be enough to equal your breakfast calories, wether it fills you up or not I don't know.
Instant coffee that I make at home certainly wouldn't fill me up though

NoSquirrels · 01/08/2022 19:19

It’s eating disorder territory to think 2 coffees are equivalent to a meal.

You might not be hungry after 2 large lattes with syrup shots, but they’re not doing the same nutrition job as scrambled eggs with spinach on wholemeal toast, are they?

UnimpeachableBravery · 01/08/2022 19:19

Did you have a massive salad with it?

LaTangerina · 01/08/2022 19:20

If it costs under 10p it has to be instant though.
Maybe milky coffee with full fat milk you mean op?

SalviaOfficinalis · 01/08/2022 19:20

I only drink black coffee. But I guess if I have a spoon of sugar and a sip of milk after I won’t need to eat ever again?

PurpleDaisies · 01/08/2022 19:21

This isn’t a serious question is it?

yonce · 01/08/2022 19:21

I often can't even stomach one sweet coffee after
my massive salad or handful of almonds, so definitely counts as a meal.

CactusBlossom · 01/08/2022 19:21

Not exactly representing important food groups, or packed with vitamins and minerals...

Oh bugger off

girlmom21 · 01/08/2022 19:22

Two sweet coffees has no nutritional value.

AlohaMolly · 01/08/2022 19:22

If I have one latte on an empty stomach in the morning, it sends my blood sugar levels fuxking mental and I feel sick and get light headed too. Two coffees would finish me off.

MichelleScarn · 01/08/2022 19:24

UnimpeachableBravery · 01/08/2022 19:19

Salad AND coffee?!!! Shudder! I'm visibly shaking now with the horrors!!!

NuffSaidSam · 01/08/2022 19:24

I don't think you're being unreasonable as such, but you're certainly grossly ill informed about food and nutrition.

Do read up on it.

MichelleScarn · 01/08/2022 19:24

@hamustro 😁😁

NellesVilla · 01/08/2022 19:24

What are you on, OP?

Oh bugger off

You've missed the sarcasm there. @hamustro isn't being serious, more taking the piss out of people who claim an apple keeps them going all day.
