Lost an e mail when it was right in front of me. Help!

Going to a festival tomorrow . Searched out the e mail with the tickets on my phone . Found it. Tried to move it to my in box and now it’s gone .

I’ve searched for it again, every possible way. But cannot find it . I can find other tickets bought at the same time so I know my searches as working but this one BLOODY IMPORTANT e mail has vanished.

any ideas what I did ? ( posting in AIBU for traffic)

I’m rubbish with tech when it doesn’t work .

Have you opened these up and checked that the email you are looking for isn't attached to the chain? That's where I usually find emails that I think I've lost in outlook.

I agree with what pp was saying earlier and you didn’t understand - go on the internet - ie go on Safari on your iPhone. Just type www.outlook.com at the top and then log in to the site under your usual user name and password and you’ll be in the full version of your emails and you might be able to see the missing message or do something more than you can at the moment!
