Update- we put lawn ornaments down the side separating our lawn and their drive.
This morning when we went to walk the dogs the twats had moved the 2 ornaments onto our doorstep!!!
I've moved them back. Fuckers.
So glad we're moving.

Motion activated sprinklers

PyjamaFan · 15/04/2022 12:33

Get heavier ones.

Lochnessgiraffe · 15/04/2022 12:35

They are heavy! I struggled to move them back!

SouperNoodle · 15/04/2022 12:36

Why are they such cunts? I'd honestly just scream at them and take the piss back 😂

Sexnotgender · 15/04/2022 12:36

Put them through their window.

Only kidding. They sound like arseholes.

PyjamaFan · 15/04/2022 12:37

Cement them in?

I couldn't let it go, but then I am very stubborn. Grin

TheComptonEffect · 15/04/2022 12:37

Paint the sides of the ornaments with sticky stuff. Preferably brown.

Hawkins001 · 15/04/2022 12:37

Seems odd behaviour, did they know you purposely left them there op.?

lemongreentea · 15/04/2022 12:44

They seem odd and petty. Yanbu.

Keep moving them back.

SpiderVersed · 15/04/2022 12:47

What absolute CFs!

BrieForTea · 15/04/2022 12:47

God, how sad are they...
Leave them your doorstep and behave like nothing has happened

ForeverLooking · 15/04/2022 12:49

@TheComptonEffect

Paint the sides of the ornaments with sticky stuff. Preferably brown.
I'd do this!
frazzledasarock · 15/04/2022 12:50

Pots of super prickly plants around the edges

Whooshaagh · 15/04/2022 12:51

Put the ornaments back and cover with something greasy.

TenoringBehind · 15/04/2022 13:07

A light coating of Vaseline and turmeric might be called for.

Herejustforthisone · 15/04/2022 13:28

Cunts.

Just get some landmines.

MayMorris · 15/04/2022 13:32

@Herejustforthisone

👏👏🤣🤣🤣
Puzzledandpissedoff · 15/04/2022 13:34

Cement them in?

This ^^

I did the same when a past neighbour continued to drive across my lawn, knocking over the pots I'd put there - and when he damaged his car on one because it no longer shifted, he actually demanded I paid his repair bill Angry

What?????

Time to go for the water sprinklers!

Lochnessgiraffe · 15/04/2022 13:40

Wow. At least he hasn't driven across it.

Dh saw him yesterday and the twat commented that he knew we were moving our and the neighbours were going to hold a party!
How he knew I don't know unless he's being listening in on us in our garden.

irishfarmer · 15/04/2022 14:02

I'd be so annoyed!! Cement them in as pp suggested.

KosherDill · 15/04/2022 14:04

Wow.

So it's not cluelessness; they are deliberately being antagonistic.

When do you move?

I couldn't let this drop and would have to think of something.

FabFitFifties · 15/04/2022 14:07

I would put the balloons, streamers etc, up on the day you move. Lots of loud chatter and laughing as you load the vans.Party music if you have any. Lots of honking of horns as you finally leave in your car, with tin cans rattling, and The Great Escape painted on your back window. 🥳

Lochnessgiraffe · 15/04/2022 14:12

The funny thing is we're moving out in 2 stages. Dh and dd2 end of May with most of the furniture so the place will look empty . Then dd2 and I moving out end of june. I bet he'll try and park his car on our drive after the end of may
