What exercise do you do each week ?

What exercise do you try and do each week and what benefits do you see from it? Looking to try and get into it a bit more but not sure where to start!

I go climbing about 3 times a week, it makes me feel better physically and mentally. It's family friendly so DS goes, and DP and I share the passion so go together which helps us make the time to be together. Bouldering have changed my life so from couch potato to climbing obsessive!

I am on maternity leave so I have loads of time for exercise. Pilates once a week, gym 3-4 times a week and then walking after that. At moment I am working on building back up my core after the pregnancy and exercise keeps me sane.
I'm hoping I can do this on mat leave but what do you do about baby? I don't want to leave him/her with my mum each time
