Ordering Foo Yung

Ordering a Chinese with friends. And they thought it was hilarious that I ordered Foo yung. Am I missing something, what's wrong with that?!! (I don't eat Chinese often)

Someone once told me chicken Foo yung is a mother and child reunion and I can't eat it ever since!

Well we did go for an Indian a few weeks ago and I had steak and chips instead of curry.

I always get this but have to get a carton of curry with it.

They probably think it’s just an English omelette / unadventurous. It’s much nicer than that, with all flavour from the bean sprouts, spring onion, garlic, rice wine etc. Bit weird of them to laugh! Not like you ordered fish fingers from the kid’s menu.

Foo yung is the best. Always with chips and curry sauce. I can't have it every time I have a Chinese but there are times when it's all I'm interested in.

I look be special foo yung. It's great on slimming world as it has loads of protein and veg and not too much oil or calorific sticky sauce. Bit of soy sauce over the top sometimes. Also love other types of Chinese but get this when I'm trying to be a bit healthier

Mmmmm. I love Foo Yung. Best eaten at a restaurant though, I reckon. It doesn't travel well as a takeaway option, though it's still delicious!
