Positive LFT or have I done it wrong?

Is this a faint positive line or have I done the test wrong? I’ve ran out of tests so now trying to scramble to get some more 🤦🏻‍♀️ Any advice is welcome. Thanks xx

I had one like this. Inconclusive so I did another which was a clear negative. I’ve had friends have this and then go on to have a clear positive so do another if you can.

That’s a positive. I wouldn’t mess around trying to get more, just book a pcr

Looks like the ink has flooded the test, it’s clearly not a line. I’d try hard to do another test if you can, ask a friend to deliver one if possible. My positive was a clear line.

DH had one like that post travel - the company said it was negative when he submitted a picture but he had a PCR to be totally sure which was negative

Doesn't look like the positives I have seen with a very crisp line, however you should just go and do a pcr which you'd have to do anyway it a lft is positive

No lft kits anywhere near here - just rang the nearest 20 pharmacy

If you’re unsure, book a pcr to make sure.

It looks flooded, but there’s also a straight line at the T. I’d say you need a PCR but also be careful with the instructions.

How long after the test did you take that picture ? Looks to me like it's a very early test (eg 5 minutes) or what can sometimes happen if you go back to your test a few hours later.

Do another one. It's flooded, which makes it difficult to read a faint positive.

That's a void test. The dye has run. You need two straight lines for a positive. My positive line was very faint but was there.

The packs we’re getting now are saying read it after 15 minutes and don’t leave it for hours and read it again.

It just looks like you used too much fluid and it's flooded the viewing window.

Id just get a pcr seeing as you’re unable to get any more LFTs

Be careful. My niece got a faint positive, followed by 3 negatives so she traveled and two days later positive again, this time backed up by pcr.

I had one like this. PCR was negative. It jt means the test hasn't worked. You could be positive or negative. Do you have an friends with a spare test they can whizz around?
