Why so little outrage?

There seems to be very little coverage of the Hyde
Park stabbing yesterday despite a number of very concerning elements suggesting this was a deliberate attack on free speech. This reminds of the teacher from Batley who had very few people speaking up for him.

@NotPersephone

Misogyny is rife. A woman was burnt to death in the street in Bury a few days ago. 3 men arrested, nobody charged yet - but we can all take a wild guess at what happened there.
It made it to the BBc, ITV and SKY news and The Guardian and other MSM.

No I'm not guessing, I'm the other end of the country and saw coverage.

Stabbings in London rarely receive any publicity at all, except when the total number is getting high or there is some aggravating feature. That this stabbing received the level of coverage it did is unusual in the sense that it's considerably more than most cases.

Remember the three gay blokes killed in Reading last year and the numerous gay people in Birmingham the following week?

Did anything happen about those cases? News went very quiet for reasons that remain obscure.

Why wouldn't they ? And what has that got to do with it ?

After the Charlie Hebdo attacks, everyone was queuing up to support them. Why are you so shocked that someone would wear a t-shirt now ? So many on this thread seem to be almost excusing the attack based on the womans clothing.
