AIBU to get a tattoo?

It would be my first ever tattoo. And on the basis England win the Euros.

Something like,

"IT'S COMING HOME
EURO 2020".

Something along those lines. AIBU?

The tournament is called Euro 2020 as it didn't take place last year

It's your body but I'd think long and hard about whether you'll still want that on your body in 10 years time, or if you're maybe just getting a bit carried away with all the "It's coming home" hype.

Yes, I was conflicted as to whether to put 2020 or 2021. Settled with the official stance of 2020.

Don't do it OP, if you really want a tattoo put some thought into it and get something you really want. I think any football related tattoos are tacky as

It's your body and your choice. Just consider placement etc.

I saved a picture of the design of my first tattoo as the wallpaper on my laptop and phone for a month before getting it so I saw it multiple times per day, I always suggest that to people getting their first one.
