Inspired by the other FND thread, I now want to re-watch this tonight. What's the best series?

The best episode has to be the dead fox one.

The first episode is not the first one that was filmed - the second episode 'Jingle' was.
Jim is different in this one and his character was changed shortly afterwards. Jingle has a different feel to the other episodes as it was the pilot.

Ahhhh this makes sense of it now... I started watching it this week (really enjoyed Paul Ritter in No Offence and thought I'd try FND, never having seen it before) and I laughed a lot more at the first episode than the second. I was on the verge of not bothering with any more but I think I'll watch a few more now!

@SaltedCarmel so I pretty much got the whole programme name wrong 🤣 I thought the other dad had a similar name. How strange they were both Ritter and both died at 54!
Actually looking it up Paul was just 55 and John died 6 days before his 55th.
