I am running out of shows to watch. I like psychological thrillers and documentaries.

Just finished all 3 seasons of Dark, a German Netflix series. If you can cope with a sci fi element (time travel) we thought it was excellent - so clever and well put together. If you watch it definitely switch off the dubbing and put on the subtitles though Grin

Safehouse. I think it's an older (2015) itv/bbc psychological drama. Am on episode 3 and really enjoying it

Woodlandbelle · 09/03/2021 22:29

I adored it, and would have watched double the number of episodes. We only just finished it as well, and I’m in mourning for Hervé’s mad facial expressions!

namechangetheworld · 09/03/2021 22:39

I second Dark. It's incredible.

RedPandaMama · 09/03/2021 22:41

Currently:

Queens Gambit is excellent
Snowpiercer is pretty good and quirky
Benidorm and Friday Night Dinner for stupid fun to watch with supper

Angliski · 09/03/2021 22:41

The durrells. Dark. The beginning of life. Babies.

Me too! I have only recently got Netflix & determined I wouldn't watch The Crown. Well, how wrong was I?! Loving it!
BigTallyWacker · 09/03/2021 22:44

Marcella

KaptainKaveman · 09/03/2021 22:48

Z- Nation. You can't beat a good zombie gorefest Grin

WobblyLondoner · 09/03/2021 22:51

Another vote for Call my Agent and the Queen's Gambit. Latter only c 6 episodes and just amazing; former multiple series and very entertaining (though am only on series1).

Zevia · 09/03/2021 22:51

The best Netflix original (according to me and quite a lot of listicles) is the criminally under watched Bojack Horseman.

Its neither a psychological thriller nor a documentary, but I shoe horn in the recommendation whenever I can!

Problem is it starts really slowly (I believe the first season gets about 60% on Metacritic, whereas seasons 2-6 get well above 90%). If ever there was a show to stick with...

Justcallmebebes · 09/03/2021 22:53

lostfrequencies · 09/03/2021 22:58

Ginny and Georgia - so easy to watch, it's great!
