If you’re 5’4 and 8 stone. I’m currently that height and 9 stone a size 12. I’m currently losing weight and would like to be about 8 and a half stone.

OP posts:
Thelnebriati · 14/02/2021 12:45

I was a size 10 at that weight.

MiddlesexGirl · 14/02/2021 12:46

I'm 5'6, 9st4ish and a size 8-10.

Donoteatthekittens · 14/02/2021 12:46

0 of course. Anything bigger than a size 4 is obese!

BlueThistles · 14/02/2021 12:56

🤣

MissMarpleDarling · 14/02/2021 13:05

I'm 5'7 and just under 14 stone. I was 8 stone 13 after having my first child. Actually obese now it's so bad.

MissMarpleDarling · 14/02/2021 13:07

Oh the other shit part... comfortably a size 16 could wear 14 if I wanted snug (which I don't) 😭

Wannabangbang · 14/02/2021 13:11

14 st and 1/2 here, about same height lost 2 stone in last lockdown, down from over 16st but I've lost my mojo this lockdown & simply don't care anymore as food is all there is to look forward to. I'm obese & plan on getting rid of the flab when my willpower comes back.

Wannabangbang · 14/02/2021 13:11

A size 18

livingthegoodlife · 14/02/2021 13:13

I'm 5'4 9st but a size 8. You must have a curvy shape to be a 12 at the same weight as me? I would be a 6 at 8.5 St.

Peanutbutterblood · 14/02/2021 13:14

I'm 5ft 5in 10stone size 10. If I was 8 or 9 stone I'd be an 8 I'm sure

peboh · 14/02/2021 13:15

I'm 5ft 5 and a size 12.
I won't comment on my weight because sizing is so different for everybody at every weight depending on their body type.

Princesstippytoes4 · 14/02/2021 13:16

5ft 5.5 and 10 stone 4 - size 12 sometimes a 10

PatsyStone39 · 14/02/2021 13:17

I'm that height, 10 stones and size 12. When i'm 8 stone, i am about a size 8 on bottom and 10 on top.

TheFairyCaravan · 14/02/2021 13:20

I’m 5ft4 and 8st 4. I’m a 6 or 8 depending on where I buy my clothes.

ChocOrange1 · 14/02/2021 13:20

Not sure why it matters what clothes size other people (total strangers) are OP. If you're a healthy weight and happy with your size then that's great, if you would like to lose a bit thats great too. But if you're still a size 12 if you lose half a stone will you be upset?

GreenlandTheMovie · 14/02/2021 13:20

Size 8. I'm about 8 and a half stone just now and I'm an 8 - 10.

As in I fit in size 8 River Island and Top Shop jeans and many other items and always in a 10 in everything else. I'm sporty, so carry a lot of muscle.

Bobbybobbins · 14/02/2021 13:23

I'm 5'5 and 9 and a bit stone - size 10/12. I would be size 8 at 8 stone. Don't think I've weighed that since I was 13 or so!

coffeeandbooks · 14/02/2021 13:24

5'8 and a small size 8, sometimes annoying in some shops as 6 may be too tight but 8 is too big!

Shoe size 7 for some extra info Grin

LApprentiSorcier · 14/02/2021 13:24

I'm 5'4 - back in the days when I weighed 8 stone my measurements were 38, 26, 32. In those days that made me a size 12 but in modern clothes sizes it would be more like an 8.

Currently overweight (trying to shift it) and a size 16 Sad.

Ploughingthrough · 14/02/2021 13:27

I'm 5'6 and 8 stone 12. I'm a 10. Carry a bit round my belly and have boobs so size 8 too small.

Chanjer · 14/02/2021 13:28

Partner is 5'2" 8st 2lbs and a size 6-8 depending on brand

4amWitchingHour · 14/02/2021 13:30

5'4" and 8st2lb (I think), size 8, although pre-baby at same weight I was a 6-8. I reckon it depends a lot on body shape rather than just weight

HattieMid2 · 14/02/2021 13:30

I’m 5’4 - 14st and a comfortable size 14 🤷‍♀️ Even as a very slim teenager I was around 12 stone.. still trying to lose weight to get out of obese category but I guess I’m just heavier than most!
Sorry OP, I know this wasn’t the question you asked but it shows that weight can vary hugely

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 14/02/2021 13:31

5’2, 7st 10, size 8/10 depending on brand.

Rafflesway · 14/02/2021 13:32

5' 4" - weight no idea as not bothered - clothes size mostly 12 comfortably - allows for old caesarean tummy ☹️ - but stretchy tops 8-10 and size 8-10 in knickers too.
