Happy Christmas Eve everyone!

So have the kids all day tomorrow which I am so looking forward to. However, they go to their dads on Boxing Day for the day and overnight.

I haven't had a day like this to myself where I have nothing on in so long and I'm really looking forward to it.

Planning on cracking the champagne as soon as they leave (10 am ish) is this acceptable?

Also other than eating and drinking all day could anyone recommend anything else I could get up to or any films/series I could watch?

Sorry if you can't tell I am ever so slightly excited maybe more than Christmas Day.

Sounds amazing, I think all mums should get Boxing Day to spend on their own after the chaos of Xmas prep! If you haven’t watched it yet I would recommend Normal People!

I rarely drink, but kids out of the house for a day and night is exactly when i crack a bottle of champagne late morning.

We are 🥂🍻 DC is spending the night with DGPs, we will probably be sleeping after the first glass though😂.

Daytime drinking is compulsory on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. It's optional (but strongly encouraged) on Christmas Eve and New Year's day!!!
