US Elections - Trump or Biden, who will win?

655 replies

JustSaying101 · 03/11/2020 19:55

Intrigued to see who everyone thinks will win the current US presidential elections? I wouldn't personally vote for Trump, but I think he will manage to win another term. What do you think?

YABU = Trump will win
YANBU = Biden will win

My prediction. Votes counted will have Biden as a win, but Trump will launch a barrage of lawsuits aiming to get enough postal and early votes thrown out in order to rig the election is in favour. He's already attempted (and failed) several such lawsuits.

And Trump might just pull off such a strategy too.

As for why I dislike Trump: He's incompetent. The evidence is plainly there for anyone who bothers to look. It's not even about policy. Trump makes America look bad and he makes democracy looks bad. The dictators of the world know this and like it.

PhilSwagielka · 03/11/2020 23:29

And yes, I am aware human trafficking happens, it happens here but it usually involves adults from poorer countries who are used as cheap labour or sold into sex slavery.

Blueberries0112 · 03/11/2020 23:30

Trump even though I want Biden to win. It is rare for second term president to lose

PhilSwagielka · 03/11/2020 23:30

So do you think Jews drink babies’ blood then?

You are incredibly naive. Human training is a huge issue no matter the age. Children are also being used as cheap labor and sex slaves. Especially with the immigrant population in the US

Lawsuits will be announced before I even get out of bed in the morning. No matter who wins
CoronaIsWatching · 03/11/2020 23:34

Reddit reporting Florida will be announced in half an hour? Seems too early to me

tami2k · 03/11/2020 23:35

Anyone actually like trump here? Just intrigued

Again, if that's aimed at me, I'm not sure where I said that, but I'll let that gloss over.
tobee · 03/11/2020 23:35

"So apparently you can't read, hey ho."

Not sure what the ability to read has got to do with it.

I don't think people who like trump would even come here. No spanking and things like that doesn't appeals to them

Their polls close at 7pm. So we might have results by 8pm. Florida is a huge battleground state though. I expect those results closer to the end because they are running neck and neck there

@4forkssake

I'd like to talk about this post, please:

^www.dailywire.com/news/45-missing-children-have-been-found-179-arrested-as-part-of-human-trafficking-ring

www.wsls.com/news/local/2020/10/30/authorities-find-33-missing-children-across-virginia-one-linked-to-human-trafficking/

No, actual facts, there for everyone who chooses to look to see. Unfortunately, not there for the MSM (who are bought & paid for by those controlling the Dems) to report on.^

The first of these websites looks quite classy when you first click on them; nice navy blue background and classic font. However, scroll down a bit and all the headlines are choc full of classic Trumpy-bot idioms and tropes. They seem to promote Ben Shapiro literature and call Biden a Marxist, which he categorically isn't. So I'd question the validity of that source, based on the overall right wing tone of that website. And the fact that it refers to anyone that doesn't support Trump as a Dem- a monolith that is misleading.

The second article you have supplied is about human trafficking and efforts to root it out across different states. I just skimmed it so apologies if I have missed something, but nowhere in that article does it claim that either Joe Biden or anyone associated with the Democrat party is involved. Is there something in that article I am missing?

I don't want to come across all pedantic, but when you claim that Trump is a better choice than Biden on the basis of corruption and human trafficking, your evidence should stack up.

CountreeGurl · 03/11/2020 23:42

Biden easily.

CoronaIsShit · 03/11/2020 23:43

Hopefully Trump. Biden is way too befuddled, seemingly from press reports today, for that gig.

I don’t understand how the only other candidate they could come up with was a 77 year old (81 at the end of his term if he wins) up against a 74 year old. Doesn’t the US have any decent statesmen under 60? What is the retirement age over there?

Its a well known fact in the States that missing trafficked children (39)have been found in Georgia and 27 in Virginia last week. The US Marshall's jave been busy

keeprocking · 03/11/2020 23:45

@Thehouseofmarvels

If Trump gets in I wonder if one of his kids will run for 2024. I also wonder if he could be their Vice President.
How about Ivanka v Chelsea Clinton in 2024?????????????
Jouleigh · 03/11/2020 23:47

@Leaannb

He will lose the popular vote but win the Electoral College Vote-,AGAIN...Dear God, prove me wrong
Agree
tobee · 03/11/2020 23:48

Love how people's critical thinking is here:-

"I read it so it must be true!"

"I read it and then I came to the conclusion that the Bidens are in the thrall of China" etc etc

peboh · 03/11/2020 23:49

I think Trumpet will win. Biden will get the popular vote, but Trump will win on electoral college. Same as with Hilary Clinton. I hope that America see Biden victorious as they deserve and better and brighter future than the Orange twit can give to them, but I'm not holding my breath.

GarlicSoup · 03/11/2020 23:50

29 people ran to be the Democratic Presidential candidate. Biden beat them all. The democrats picked exactly who they wanted.

I clicked on the article as it was the first I found detailing the rescues - I didn't read the rest of the article as the US Marshals (American law enforcement & part of the DOJ) were mentioned on there. All the info is on the US Marshal Twitter account, but obviously takes some scrolling through, hence the article.

At no point in anything I've said did I say Biden or the Dems were involved in human trafficking, I said Trump is putting an end to trafficking.

tobee · 03/11/2020 23:55

The MSM is all bought and paid for by the Dems. But everything else is free from bias...

"I read it and then I came to the conclusion that the Bidens are in the thrall of China" etc etc

Then going by that criteria it also means that 'whatever I'm told by people/news broadcasts/newspapers etc must be true'
