AP had 223 to 174 in Biden favor. Unless Biden gets TX he can’t win surely.

Biden and co have been messaging to stay in line after polls closed. People in line have the right to vote apparently.

Fiderer · 04/11/2020 05:44

BBC reporting Florida for Trump. Biden sounding tired, no wonder.

gchali · 04/11/2020 05:46

I've just woken up, how is Biden doing?

Trump has already won Texas,Florida and Ohio. Local news says Trump has won NC but its not been called by any other news authority. 237-210 Biden. But Trump only really needs NC,Georgia and I think Wisconsin and he will be.relected
BroomStickMick · 04/11/2020 05:46

How is there such a difference in numbers across the news channels?

TeddyIsaHe · 04/11/2020 05:46

@gchali

Not great
YoBeaches · 04/11/2020 05:46

Can't believe trump is likely to win again. At least he has to go after the next four years. Both parties need some serious work to get solid candidates ready for then.

gchali · 04/11/2020 05:47

@TeddyIsaHe Sad

Predictions? Extrapolation?

237 -210. Biden ahead. The weird thing is you guys might know who my next President is before I do
tobee · 04/11/2020 05:50

Trump spelling polls "Poles" Plus ca change

gchali · 04/11/2020 05:50

Is there anyway Biden can still win from this?

TeddyIsaHe · 04/11/2020 05:51

@BroomStickMick

Some places wait for the AP confirmation, others go by reported numbers before it’s confirmed.
Leaannb · 04/11/2020 05:52

I'm getting really nervous about the House and Senate elections. If we have a Republican led Congress meaning a majority of both house plus Trump we are monumentally screwed

Leaannb · 04/11/2020 05:53

@gchali

Is there anyway Biden can still win from this?
Hopefully bit doubtful. Its going to end up with a contested election
AcrossthePond55 · 04/11/2020 05:53

MSNBC Biden 205 / Trump 165
CNN Biden 215/ Trump 165
Fox Biden 237/ Trump 210

Take your pick. It ain't over 'til it's over. And it ain't over yet.

And again, these are 'projections'. Not official results.

TeddyIsaHe · 04/11/2020 05:55

@gchali

Is there anyway Biden can still win from this?
Yes, but it relies heavily on mail-in votes and him winning Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. They won’t declare today - PA saying Friday.
Igotthemheavyboobs · 04/11/2020 05:57

@AcrossthePond55

MSNBC Biden 205 / Trump 165 CNN Biden 215/ Trump 165 Fox Biden 237/ Trump 210

Just adding BBC Biden 205 / Trump 171

So many discrepancies across the channels!

AcrossthePond55 · 04/11/2020 06:05

It really is. Guess that's because each news entity has their own criteria for a 'safe margin' to call a winner.

Leaannb · 04/11/2020 06:05

@Igotthemheavyboobs..Fox News is reporting 237-213 with Biden leading

Inkpaperstars · 04/11/2020 06:09

If Biden has won Arizona as it seems he has, could he still win without Pennsylvania? They confirmed on one of the news channels that he could if he won Michigan and Wisconsin, but maybe that depended on a wider scenario that no longer exists?

ZombieFan · 04/11/2020 06:11

Its obvious that Trump has won the election. 4 more years.

Ihaveyourback · 04/11/2020 06:13

Trump 100% is now going to win, and is now ahead

Inkpaperstars · 04/11/2020 06:13

Zombie are you basing that on general trend or feeling that he has taken Michigan and Wisconsin?

JamieLeeCurtains · 04/11/2020 06:13

I had some zzzzzzzzz. I appear to have woken up in the UK to the same uncertainty that accompanied me to sleep.

So, once again it's all about Pennsylvania to see who lives in Pennsylvania Avenue?
