Biden might have his moments but it pales into insignificance compared to Trump's 'moments'. Being polite here... I'd be typing all night if I even begun to scratch the surface

I have no idea who will win, it's just an observation on IF he wins. I think Trump may surprise us all.

@Roussette That's absolutely correct...that's why if I'm being honest I don't give a damn about any of Biden's flaws until Trump is out of the way.

And I expect Trump to behave as he does. I really don't find him surprising at all. He's actually very boringly predictable – and to a degree, manipulable – once you stop getting drawn into the detail.

The thing that still dominates my thoughts is how on earth does a country of 330 million people put up these two old men as their best candidates for president? It’s quite astonishing but then American politics is very different from ours.

It’s the number of electoral college votes it gives him. You need 270 to win. They’ve predicted he would need Florida to get enough to win the presidency. Trump needs Ohio and North Carolina as well. It looks like Biden may get them.

The polls are looking pretty shaky again this year though, so whether or not Trump really has to win Florida is pretty moot at this point, I'd say.

Suffice to say it's a very important state with boatload of EC votes.
