i am bloated after every.single.meal. or snack even!! there's no correlation to specific things, it's just EVERYTHING, and it's really getting me down. i can cope with the feeling, but i can't wear anything i want because as soon as i eat, my stomach bloats up and pokes out. in the past, i would just not eat before going out, but i want to just be able to eat what i want and go out afterwards without looking like this!! it's so embarrassing, and really affects my self esteem Sad it's been happening for at least 4 years, i developed an ed in this time, which was partly due to this bloating i believe, because if i didn't eat, i couldn't get bloated, and my stomach would look flat everyday. if anyone has any suggestions please tell me Sad.

I tried numerous things and something what helped a little was getting rid of white baked goods and having them only occasionally.

What did make an amazing difference was:
Non pasteurised fermented veg! It's amazing. Little bit every day and bloating was gone within couple of weeks.

Ooo which fermented veg please? Can I buy it rather than having to make it?

Graffitiqueen · 18/08/2020 10:03

Milk is terrible for me. I wake up with a reasonably flat stomach, but after two cups of tea only I'm blown up like a balloon. I like dairy too much to cut it out tho.

Any. As far as i know all veg can be fermented😁 You can buy from some health shops, but it's pretty easy to make your own.

Can anyone recommend how/where to get allergy/intolerance testing done? I’m a bit cynical as some are very expensive and I’m sure I saw something on maybe Watchdog years ago about how inaccurate the tests were in general. That’s really put me off but I also suffer from pretty bad bloating and a weird cough/congestion when I eat and haven’t been able to pin down what is causing it.
