It's been posted before but always worth another go...

BruceAndNosh · 23/07/2020 09:38

"Huh? The POTUS found those last 5 questions hard?"

I think the last 5 questions include day, date, and location. !!!
I assume they don't ask him one of the usual questions which is "name the president" (My mother got marked down for forgetting David Cameron and saying Blair was still PM)

Roussette · 23/07/2020 10:17

The cognitive tests he took are a complete doddle! I do one every other year more like mental dexterity (nothing to do with mental impairment, DD and I are part of a lifelong study, very interesting it is) and the one he did is like the preamble to the proper tests, i.e. beyond easy!

Lweji · 23/07/2020 10:20

I assume they don't ask him one of the usual questions which is "name the president"

And yet, the answer might be very interesting. Grin

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 11:02

Did Mary trump not say that he paid someone to take all his school tests? presume therefore he has never sat an academic type of exam and so believes that the test he took was the same kind of test that one might take in college?
He's not bright enough to realise how dumb he is 😳

ShiveringCoyote · 23/07/2020 11:06

I think it's time R.E.M. rereleased Ignoreland.

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 11:13

Presume he thinks it's an intelligence test because that's what they told him in order to get him to take it?
According to scaramucci in the independent his message to to Jizzstain is (as per previous poster) a code for keep it zipped and I'll look after you, scaramucci says she has got big time dirt on him.
Which way is she going to jump?
What a jolly fun entertaining cliff hanger, how the mighty fall 😊👍

'Speaking to journalists at an event hosted by Bloomberg in 2015, soon before he entered the presidential race, Trump was questioned about the alleged sexual abuse that took place on Little St James, Epstein’s private Caribbean island. According to the Telegraph, Trump replied: ‘That island was really a cesspool, there’s no question about it, just ask Prince Andrew – he’ll tell you about it,’ adding, ‘The island was an absolute cesspool.’
www.tatler.com/article/ask-prince-andrew-donald-trump-on-jeffrey-epsteins-cesspool-private-island-2015-unearthed-interview-ghislaine-maxwell
Trump clearly did not foresee so much attention being focused on this cesspool.... He must have skin in the game otherwise why make that bizarre comment about GM?

Roussette · 23/07/2020 12:54

Am I awful to keep wanting Trumpy to talk about the intelligence/cognitive tests because it's so funny when he does?

Jaichangecentfoisdenom · 23/07/2020 13:25

The Maxwell woman will keep schtum and get a Trump pardon. Or is the timing off for that if he's not re-elected?

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 13:25

If he's prepared to drink glasses of water in return for a applause then it should be fairly easy to keep him in performing seal mode 🤔
I wonder if he could be maneuvered into taking the test again live, if he thought that the ratings would be high and people would clap then he would proudly show off how well he could tell an elephant from a camel and count backwards from 100 in sevens
That would be so enjoyable 🙂

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 13:27

Maxwell won't be going to trial for another year so she will make her calculations based on what happens in November ....won't she 🤔

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 13:29

Maxwell possibly one of the most powerful people in the world right now!

AcrossthePond55 · 23/07/2020 13:33

Thing is, you don't have to actually be convicted to get a presidential pardon. Ford pardoned Nixon and he was never tried.

All that woman has to do is keep her mouth shut.

crosseyedMary · 23/07/2020 13:40

She will have dirt on numerous people though surely and there will be conflicts of interest, it might be that her best strategy is to throw trump under the bus and save someone else?

ResIpsaLoquiturInterAlia · 23/07/2020 14:07

Although evidently this select group of the bad rich and powerful have similar lifestyle choices including as being investigated, years of systematic knowingly illegal activities against now living adults subjected to their arguably indescribable mindset.

This current outgoing US president does make laws, checks and balances etc an absolute mockery. He makes Teflon sound positively sticky in comparison.

Would he need to be extracted from the house in due course? And are these types beyond reproach because of their economic, political and royal connotations. If only a certain adult actresses was in the mix to add to her story book!

Very potentially disturbing activities and as mums we fear this type of inhuman criminality most if proven in a credible court of law.

AcrossthePond55 · 23/07/2020 14:08

She won't throw Scrotus under the bus until after he's out of office and can no longer be of use to her.

He's between a rock and a hard place. Pardon her and look like a paedophile or keep trying to put her off and risk her telling 'all'.

If I were her I'd be staying away from windows (even barred ones) and being sure that the CCTV in my cell was on 24/7.

Lweji · 23/07/2020 14:26

Funny, but very sobering.

Among other things, about abduction of peaceful protesters by federal officers in unmarked vehicles in Portland.

AcrossthePond55 · 23/07/2020 15:11

chicago.suntimes.com/2020/7/22/21334471/operation-legend-chicago-federal-agents-trump

I like Mayor Lightfoot, but she's a fool if she believes she will be able to control these federal troops once they're there.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 23/07/2020 15:52

These federal officers that are being loosed on Chicago and Albuquerque and so on: what do they do when they are not being deployed to assault civilians who have committed no offence? I mean, what is their function, officially?

Lweji · 23/07/2020 16:19

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime

Good question.

lionheart · 23/07/2020 16:31

'President Trump says he is sending a "surge" of federal agents into several US cities in an operation aimed at tackling violent crime.

After the death of George Floyd in May, President Trump threatened to send the US military into states which saw protests, and sometimes disorder.'

I saw that Lion but couldn't get sound without downloading the app, not sure.

Trumpy is selling himself as law and order. Funny that. There wasn't a great problem till he came along?
