AIBU?
To spend my £50 M&S voucher all on stuffing?

Background: We're in the middle of having an incredibly tight budget. We scrimp and save every penny and shop at Aldi/Lidl with about £50 a week.
I'm over the moon. I've been gifted a £50 M&S gift card!!! Perfect timing as would love to get some treats in for Christmas!
I'd love to make my voucher go as far as it can. I tried the m&s pork and chestnut stuffing once and it was delicious so will add that to my list! Can anyone recommend their favourite treats from M&S. We don't really drink and have toddler DS.

I get the 10 pound meal deal just as like snacks and sides for different meals. Also go at about half six for all the reductions. The Floridian orange soda is to die for. And sour cream and chive reduced fat crisps are lush. Definitely biscuits and don't bother with toiletries. Go to the clothing/home section and get some of the £1 range.

What is with all the "Let's discuss the best things about M&S" threads today?
Are they getting employees to start threads to distract us from the fact they allow ALL men, including those with a sexual fetish for dressing up in (and masturbating in) women's clothing, to use women's changing rooms?
Not working M&S. We see you, and are still boycotting you.

Yes! Percy Pigs and their chocolate biscuits! On the list.
What is with all the "Let's discuss the best things about M&S" threads today? I hadn't come across any whatsoever, until about 2 mins ago and had a quick scroll through one. Bit embarrassed but a genuine coincidence on my part.
I hate the changing room rule. I wouldn't try on clothes in M&S.... Not that I could afford to anyway at present!
As I said in my OP, money is tight and this £50 gift voucher is a real treat for us and a chance to get some luxurious food that we wouldnt have access to normally. If I had the choice to spend the voucher elsewhere, I would. However it's an M&S voucher and we've been though a difficult time and deserve this treat.
It was gifted to us before the changing room débâcle anyway if that makes you feel better.
If you have any suggestions on some lovely treats I can get my family to enjoy over the Xmas period please let me know. Otherwise, please start your own thread and not derail mine

Find out when your store does their reductions and get some yellow sticker bargains (and freeze)
Great idea. Although, I am looking more for ideas on treats as apposed to stuff I can freeze for a meal later. We'll do our proper food shop at Lidl/Aldi anyway.
Maybe the m&s bakery bit? At the end of the day it all gets reduced I think. Could freeze some pastries for Xmas day breakfast!

I shop in M&S and I haven’t ever found anything there I didn’t like.
The chocolate biscuits in a box are lovely. The chocolates like Quality Street are far nicer and £5.
Freezer section always worth looking at, some beautiful food to freeze. Their oven chips are the nicest I’ve found.
Only thing I watch for in my M&S food hall is they aren’t brilliant on dates, They can be very near to expiry.
Yellow sticker items are always fab, I got a birthday cake for 67p one day. No ones birthday, but I had to have it. Bargain.

OP, I think you are a genuine poster looking at your history, I'm sorry if things are tight, and I'm glad you can have a bit of a treat. As the voucher was already purchased, it won't count towards sales for this quarter, yay!
But I couldn't miss the opportunity to let a few more women know about this. I find the way women are being treated to be utterly despicable, and think they/we should all know. I will now stand aside and let the treat recommendations flood in 😁
