I feel an idiot as a colleague has just gone off to microwave lunch IN THE FOIL CONTAINER IT CAME IN - apparently this is now ok. I feel old and stupid.
Anyone care to share anything else with me to stop me feeling stupid in future situations?

If you get a nail in your tyre they can fix it With foam and you don’t need a new tyre.

You can “lodge a cheque” via the Halifax online banking app by taking a photo of the cheque and uploading it.

When Google Maps warns you there's a disabled car ahead it means there's a broken down car on the side of the road and not, as I thought, a vehicle carrying someone disabled Confused

Mrsjayy · 04/11/2019 13:48

Since WHEN??? ShockShockShock

Stop trying to make microwaving foil happen. Microwaving foil is never going to happen.

PlinkPlink · 04/11/2019 15:11

What?

He put it in with the foil still on?

Did it not spark and break? 😱

Thisshallpasstoo · 04/11/2019 15:16

Yes, you can put foil in. Some microwave user instructions tell you how.

You can bleach the colour out of polyester.

My new black trousers, worn for the third time today, now have brown knees.

And can't be re-dyed.
