To want to gush about my crush?

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:13

I have a huge crush on a wonderful man. I want to talk about him all the time. I want to tell you all about how amazing he is. I can’t bore my friends to death with this!

AIBU to want to shout how I feel about him from the rooftops?

NC for obvious reasons.

Who is he to you?

I have a huge crush on my sons teacher obviously a no go but I do enjoy the fantasy 😂

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:21

He’s my boss 😱😱😱

I love having phone conversations with him so I can concentrate on the sound of his voice. He has quite a unique accent (grew up in UK but both parents from other countries) so there’s a twang of something special in his voice.

Do you not have a journal for this sort of thing, OP?

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:26

Also, probably far too much information but it’s late on a Friday night, I’m feeling shameless and the thread is generally about how amazing he is.

I’m a grown woman and never had this before. When I’m standing next to him at work I feel so aroused just standing next to him. Is that normal?? I have never had that before!!

Ha! No journal. I’m old enough to know better but he’s just soooo lovely.

I had that before. He turned out to be a right dickhead. I hope your boss turns out to be your Prince Charming unlike mine 😂

(Also hoping he's an unmarried boss).

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:28

I had that before.
The reaction to standing next to him?

managedmis · 05/10/2019 00:28

Haha I had this with a guy I used to work with. Melted just looking at him

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:29

managedmis did anything happen?

OP posts:
PumpkinP · 05/10/2019 00:30

Yep I know that feeling. I try to avoid all communication now as I’m sure he knows I fancy him. Although it’s pretty impossible to avoid him for obvious reasons. Is he single?

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:31

He was in a relationship which I think has recently ended.

OP posts:
LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:32

Can I say that he actually has the most beautiful hands that I have ever seen? No exaggeration.

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:34

I saw that thread!

OP posts:
LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:35

I love the curve of his back, his strong legs and the way his face erupts into a smile.

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:36

Oh my goodness, I forgot to mention the chest hair. Swoon!

OP posts:
Sparklesocks · 05/10/2019 00:40

Why have you seen your boss’ chest hair

WhenISnappedAndFarted · 05/10/2019 00:42

I was thinking the same thing - why have you seen your bosses chest hair?

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:44

Ha! Because sometimes it pokes through his shirt at the front and he absentmindedly tugs on it, pulling it forwards.

He’s a beast.

OP posts:
LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:45

There is a very specific type of hairy chest that I like and he has it.

I have also seen it when he’s had to wear a certain ‘uniform’ at work which exposes it.

Sparklesocks · 05/10/2019 00:47

Just be careful and don’t shit where you eat

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:49

I don’t think anything will happen. How could it when I think he’s so special. I can’t imagine kissing him or making love to him. I think he would ruin me because once I touch him I will never want to touch another man for the rest of my life. Which is great if he feels the same way but I think that’s unlikely.

I had a almighty crush on someone that came to my work place every 6/8 weeks , due to his work he often worked topless in the warm weather ( anything above 12 c was considered warm ) .
Even thinking of him now 25 years later still makes me smile and gives me the collie-wobbles

There is nothing wrong with crushes and fantasising but tread careful it could end up been embarrassing / hurtful / heart breaking .

LoveLifeLaugh · 05/10/2019 00:50

He is lovely though.
