..when the GE hits unless there’s a singing of the same song sheet effort we could actually end up with Farage getting in!

I don’t know the grown up linky method!

How I vote has never made any difference, I have always lived somewhere with a large majority. I wish we had proportional representation.

Violetflowerxo · 08/09/2019 19:08

No thanks. I’ll vote for who I think will do the best job regardless of tactics

acquiescence · 08/09/2019 19:09

Yes.

Fucket · 08/09/2019 19:10

It’s either BXP or Tories where I live. So not even sure it’s worth voting.

SulaHula · 08/09/2019 19:13

Yes

BeanBag7 · 08/09/2019 19:15

Yes I would but in my area the Tories always win by a huge majority so I dont think my vote in any direction will make any difference.
Labour had less than 6% of the vote in my constituency last general election.

averylongtimeago · 08/09/2019 19:18

I will vote for whoever has the best chance of getting the Tory's out.

Sandsnake · 08/09/2019 19:19

Yeah, definitely.

user1471448556 · 08/09/2019 19:19

Yes, I am absolutely ready to vote tactically. I don’t want to have an extremist right wing government, which is what we will get if the remaining brextremist Tories go into a pact with the Brexit party. In my constituency, this will mean pinching my nose when I vote.

MarySibleysFamiliar · 08/09/2019 19:31

In my area it was the Tories or SNP. The other parties weren't looking like they could or would be able to beat the SNP so I voted tactically and the SNP didn't get a seat here. Speaking to others, it was clear I wasn't the only one who did that.

AgeLikeWine · 08/09/2019 19:40

I have voted tactically in the past, supporting whichever progressive candidate was best positioned to beat the Tory, but I don’t think I could bring myself to vote Labour while Corbyn is leader.

FPTP is such a stupid voting system.

Happygilmorelove · 08/09/2019 19:41

Yes I will be voting tactically, to prevent the conservatives or Brexit party from winning.

theduchessstill · 08/09/2019 19:44

Absolutely. I will vote for the strongest remain party in my area. I think anyone who doesn't want a hard Brexit would be irresponsible not to vote tactically on this occasion .

CendrillonSings · 08/09/2019 19:45

I’ll be voting tactically to keep Corbyn out of power, no question!

avocadoincident · 08/09/2019 19:45

I may as well eat my voting paper for all the use it is where I live if I want to vote for my first choice so yes to tactical for me!

BuildBuildings · 08/09/2019 19:46

Unfortunately yes

Saddler · 08/09/2019 19:47

I will yes. Either conservative or Brexit party

KennDodd · 08/09/2019 19:48

I think we might well end up with a Tory/Brx coalition in government while most people in the country voted for anti Brexit parties, especially if people don't vote because that don't think it's worth it.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 08/09/2019 19:52

I live in a very safe tory seat

So I don’t think it makes much of a difference who i i vote for, though obviously i will vote

MerryDeath · 08/09/2019 19:55

I'm going to look into it more but i may well do

Jillyhilly · 08/09/2019 19:56

OP why are you assuming that everyone wants the outcome you want?

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 08/09/2019 19:56

Ds1 on the other hand lives in a marginal area

I think there was less than 50 votes difference between the top two

I must get him to look at whether a tactical vote is in order

TenaciousP · 08/09/2019 19:57

Yes.

shoofly · 08/09/2019 19:57

I have a DUP MP with a ginormous majority, I'll be voting for the same party I always vote for and not that ridiculous man.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 08/09/2019 19:59

Yep , tactical voting for hin
