..when the GE hits unless there’s a singing of the same song sheet effort we could actually end up with Farage getting in!

I'd vote tactically - but in my area it would be a protest vote as it's a very safe seat.
I have never lived in an area where a vote resulted in my views being represented .
We should have PR,and any argument against it IMO is seriously undermined now by the whole Referendum deal, with the emphasis on the will of the people and how people should get what they voted for.Ok,so let's have that in general elections as well please.

Separately I abhor Nigel Farage, but if he gets into power so be it - I abhor the current government as well and by the same logic either his election will be fine or it will be appalling and trigger change.....I think we are heading for no deal and a hard right government regardless.I think that will be both a disaster and a tragedy for my country. But I'm now at the point of thinking it's unavoidable.

I intended to vote tactically last time - in the eu elections. I read the 'remain voter' website and it said for my area I should vote green because libdems already had a seat and couldn't get another but green could - or else the tories would. On the day I had a wobble in the voting booth and ended up voting libdem anyway - and they did get a second seat! So my faith in tactical voting is a bit shaken...
