This appeared in my house today. No idea what it is, or where it came from!
DH thinks it's a condom wrapper. I have no idea? Doesn't look like that to me, it's small, more papery than made of foil..
Any ideas??

It's like one of those seasoning satchets you get in fajita packs or that kind of thing. Does it smell inside?

If he's insisting its a condom wrapper ask him who the hell he's used it with then to be so certain thats what it is, as it wasn't with you!

It looks like a hand wipe. Or glasses wipe. I get some in little packets like that.

Condom wrappers are all foil - no plasticy inner so it can't be that.

I think either a packet for a glasses wipe, teabag or something along those lines.
I use a oil treatment on my hair that comes in a pack like that - it can be really tough to tear because of the plastic inner.

DDs magazines sometimes come with plasticine which comes in the same sort of wrapper.

Its a very neat heroin wrapper. Definitely lick it then get proof.

The only time you don't lick something on MN is if its likely to move (of its own accord) in which case you poke it and see what happens - normally it then comes after you really quickly, fans out a lot of legs and undulates or lets out a foul seepage. Or all 3.

But what you have there is a licker.

I have some of these. Each one contains a mosquito bracelet - I bought 10 and each bracelet is contained in a sachet like this. You wear one on each wrist / ankle and they repel mozzies when on holiday.

Except in the case of those anti-mozzie bracelets, they definitely do not do what it says on the tin.

This looks like what my gel polish wipes come in - you can get a box of loads of them off eBay etc quite cheap as they are not branded.
