What does that actually mean though... Judge bans Roger Stone from making any public comments about the case.

I thought that's what she did before and he breached it? Even after the photo with crosshairs he wasn't sorry..

What does that actually mean though... Judge bans Roger Stone from making any public comments about the case.

I think the original gag order had to do with barring him from speaking to or about potential witnesses in his case or defendants in other cases. It was more aimed at preventing witness tampering or intimidation (a la Trump's making remarks about Cohen having cooperated). I don't think the original gag order prevented him from proclaiming his 'innocence' or making general remarks about his own case.

Now, if I understand correctly, it's a total gag order, he can't say anything about anything to anyone.

I seem to recall something about speaking to people within a certain distance of the courthouse?

(Meant to protect jury members etc.)

I must admit that of all the swamp creatures associated with Trump, I find him to be the most unnerving.
