Here we are in February 2019 - Trump has declared a National Emergency to funnel the funds for his border wall, he’s just come off a ridiculous SOTU that contained more lies than not, and he’s just tweeted this:

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump 2h2 hours ago
More
“These guys, the investigators, ought to be in jail. What they have done, working with the Obama intelligence agencies, is simply unprecedented. This is one of the greatest political hoaxes ever perpetrated on the people of this Country, and Mueller is a coverup.” Rush Limbaugh

But here’s a reminder he’s not one of the sharpest tools in the box.

'"The passive voice is not helpful," Judge Berman Jackson tells Stone as he answers questions about his volunteers and his social media operation.'

I like the sound of Judge Berman Jackson. She's getting right to it.

Judge has modified Stone's gag order.

What does that actually mean though... Judge bans Roger Stone from making any public comments about the case.

I thought that's what she did before and he breached it? Even after the photo with crosshairs he wasn't sorry..
“After he apologized, he continued talking every single day,” she said.

Not quite, Roussette. I forget the exact terms but I'm pretty certain there was reference to various SM platforms.

N.C. board declares a new election in contested House race after the GOP candidate admitted misspeaking under oath
www.washingtonpost.com/politics/candidate-says-new-congressional-election-warranted-in-north-carolina/2019/02/21/acae4482-35e0-11e9-854a-7a14d7fec96a_story.html?utm_term=.042538336114

BREAKING NEWS: Mark Harris, during testimony this afternoon to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, said a new election was warranted in the hotly contested race, which Harris led by 905 votes. Earlier Thursday, Harris said he knew nothing of an alleged ballot-tampering scheme led by an operative he hired to work in his 2018 campaign.

I think the original gag order had to do with barring him from speaking to or about potential witnesses in his case or defendants in other cases. It was more aimed at preventing witness tampering or intimidation (a la Trump's making remarks about Cohen having cooperated). I don't think the original gag order prevented him from proclaiming his 'innocence' or making general remarks about his own case.

Now, if I understand correctly, it's a total gag order, he can't say anything about anything to anyone.

I seem to recall something about speaking to people within a certain distance of the courthouse?

I must admit that of all the swamp creatures associated with Trump, I find him to be the most unnerving.
