Frankly, it is difficult to see any grounds for the UK suing the EU.

Senate votes 51/49 to nullify the National Emergency Declaration. 12 GOP Senators jumped ship to vote with the Dems.

It now goes to Scrotus, but it is expected that he'll veto the bill. It would take 67 votes to override the veto and it's accepted that that's not going to happen.

The vote in Parliament on Brexit today was that the exit date has been delayed? Is this to give time to work out the details for exiting like trade agreements and freedom of movement?

It's a start, though.

It's deeply ironic that a white man of European origin should feel that a country in which European did not originate and which they invaded is "white man's land" and should be defended against people who like the actual original inhabitants of the land are not white Europeans.
