was and had to ask! I had never head of it before !

Fimbo · 28/06/2007 20:26

I didn't know what a troll was until mumsnet. I very much doubt my dh would know what a troll was, I would ask but he is on a conference call to Sri Lanka as we speak which is undoubtedly more important than whether or not he knows what a troll is.

noonar · 28/06/2007 20:31

One of my colleagues at work didn't know what a troll was an he is a New Media specialist who writes books about the internet.

I don't think he ever actually goes online though, just thinks about it.

LyraB · 28/06/2007 20:35

Troll isn't a just an MN word, we used it on Babyworld when I used to post there many moons ago.

LyraB · 28/06/2007 20:35

Noonar, it was fole-dee-roll in my house too.

noonar · 28/06/2007 20:37
