All seems to indicate that it's now crunch time for the UK. In the style of another active thread, I'd like to ask you all what you'd go for if given a binary choice between No Deal at all with the EU or Remain.
No blame game or mud slinging, just simple polite answers please.

OP posts:
Thomasinaa · 05/10/2018 18:58

Rum - you've just made all of that up.

MadMadaMim · 05/10/2018 19:00

It's very telling that the majority of leavers still have very little clue of actual facts and what leave/remain really means. And lots of people reasoning that they 'didn't know' or 'weren't aware' or blaming limited news outlets.

With something thus big we should be educated and have as many facts as possible from our own research - rather than rely on political party agendas and biased news.
Take responsibility

PS currently - just to set the record straight - remain would mean NO CHANGE. Things would continue as they are now.

BGD2012 · 05/10/2018 19:02

Remain.

Sally2791 · 05/10/2018 19:03

Remain

SuperSue77 · 05/10/2018 19:04

100% remain

UnnecessaryFennel · 05/10/2018 19:09

Literally none of that would happen rumboogie

Ooh, ooooh, can I be the first to say Leaver Project Fear? 😂

Toooldforradio1 · 05/10/2018 19:13

Remain, 100%.

Harrykanesrightsock · 05/10/2018 19:15

Remain

starbarmummy · 05/10/2018 19:27

Remain please. Hoping for a miracle/Labour changing policy/second referendum. Very worried what no deal will mean for the Irish border and the economy.

Voted remain but now would be no deal. As for the Irish border, as someone who has regularly travelled across the Swiss/French border I get really angry that people are making such an issue about it. It just needs to be modelled on the Swiss/French arrangement - a hard border with holes in it like Swiss cheese!}

Try running this attitude past the mother who will be taking their 17 year old to A+E this weekend because he was a 'bad lad' and got caught and has been kneecapped. And statistically another either next week or the week after.
The French /Swiss border is a different matter altogether.

Troutfin · 05/10/2018 19:39

Remain

Are people honestly that ignorant of very, very recent history?

Seriously?

Jayfee · 05/10/2018 19:44

Remain...still only 850000 people have signed the final say petition online?

thecatsabsentcojones · 05/10/2018 19:44

Remain, and what a gobsmacking argument re the NI border. I feel so sad for the people who will be so horribly affected by that. They must be terrified.

derxa · 05/10/2018 19:48

Britain has never been European, in truth, being much more closely allied with the rest of the anglophone world. Have you heard of the Auld Alliance between Scotland and France? The Scottish Enlightenment?

Leapfrog44 · 05/10/2018 19:51

remain. But I'd like to know if anyone who voted Brexit has changed their minds?

BunsyGirl · 05/10/2018 19:51

YeTalkShiteHen

Yes you do talk shite...and you are the ignorant one.

TheDowagerCuntess · 05/10/2018 19:53

Yes, an Irish border and the Swiss/French border are exactly comparable.

YeTalkShiteHen · 05/10/2018 19:54

BunsyGirl coming from someone apparently unaware of decades of violence, death and fear, well documented and still absolutely relevant in daily life for so many, you’ll forgive me if I find that statement hilariously ironic.

bumbleymummy · 05/10/2018 20:00

Wtf?! The France/Switzerland border is nothing like the NI/Ireland border. The issue isn’t how you drive across it 🙄🙄🙄

Remain.

Benjaminbuttonschild · 05/10/2018 20:04

Did someone just compare the Irish border to cheese? Wtf?

Toolonguntilthenextholiday · 05/10/2018 20:05

Remain

TeddyIsaHe · 05/10/2018 20:07

I can’t believe someone is comparing the Irish border to France/Switzerland. PLEASE do some bloody research before you comment such tripe.

gemgemgemgemgem · 05/10/2018 20:07
