To still be bastarding hungry (slimming world)

Im a week in and im starving!im doing it wrong arent i - and if i see another mulker light Hmm

So today i have eaten

Toast and butter for breakfast

An apple

Jacket potato with three slices of chicken breast and salad (in cafe)

Big bowl of strawberries blueberries raspberries and melon with a muller light

Another muller fucking light

I'll have left over bolognase with rice later (dp late home) and I'll still be hungry?

Ive got a tapeworm havent i??

No idea what the slimming world rules are but could you not have something more substantial for breakfast? It will keep you full for a bit longer and hopefully will help.

Muller lites are nutritionally shite and won't leave you feeling satiated.

Replace them with more protein heavy snacks that will make you feel fuller for longer. Lean meat, boiled eggs, nuts/seeds, skyr etc.

Also, that's an awful lot of sugary fruit for one day and toast isn't really a nutritionally balanced breakfast.

I’d be starving too on that. Try upping proteins and fats, and lowering carbs. I get sooo hungry on carbs, toast makes me more hungry than not eating at all!

Can you not add bacon and egg with The breakfast?

Make quiche or soups for snacks (or for dinners)

Miller light aren’t compulsory you know! You could always have Greek yoghurt with fruit added

You've not had much for breakfast. Have you seen their overnight oats recipe this will be much more filling.
Also it's fine to be hungry and eat more. You can have your bolognaise if lean and fried in fry light and rice now as a snack and eat something else for tea or some more meat or salad later. Don't forget your syns too x

Add scrambled egg, ham, mushrooms/tomatoes to the toast!

You're supposed to fill up on speed veg with your meals too. So lots of protein and then 1/3 of your plate speed food.

Are you drinking enough water?

I've almost raised my fridge this afternoon and then realised I hadn't had a drink since breakfast! A bottle of water later I'm feeling much better.

For the record muller light are never ever going to fill you up. They sever no purpose other than offering sweetness to those sweet of tooth. (Lecture warning: Long term keeping your sweet tooth is not going to help keep any weight you lose off.)

You need to increase your vegetables portion size. fruit too. Also salad. So with your bolognase and rice add a salad - lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, tomatoes etc.

You need to add speed food to breakfast and dinner. That will fill you up. My favourite breakfast on SW is bacon and eggs with tomatoes and mushrooms. Then you can have your toast as a hex b aswell.

8 almonds does not fill me up when hungry.

I would say that it's perfectly normal to be hungry at 7pm. Have your dinner?

Muller light are shit, I've no idea why they're heralded as a paragon of virtue by SW but they're nutritionally bankrupt. Try some natural Skyr, it's high in protein and will keep you fuller for longer. A protein packed breakfast will also help - overnight oats (NOT MADE WITH MULLER FFS LOL), or scrambled egg, or bacon and egg, or an omelette? And snacks like nuts are good for staving off hunger.

Protein protein protein for breakfast, protein veg and small amount of carbs for lunch and dinner. My usual slimming world day would have been something like

Breakfast - beans and a poached egg with an apple for speed

Mid morning - Hifi bar mixed in with some yoghurt (half of my hex b)

Lunch - I'm a big soup lover so I always made some high speed soups and maybe had some ham and chicken etc with them for a bit of protein

Mid afternoon - other hifi bar for the other half of my hex b or some cheese for my hex a (I don't take milk in my tea so always used hex a on cheese)

Dinner - some sort of slow cooker meal with plenty of veg and a small amount of rice. Big favourite for me is the chili con carne, campfire stew and Cuban chili beef 😍😍

Have you been using all your healthy extras and syns?

Snack on protein. Keeps you fuller for longer. Boil eggs and keep in the fridge. Cooked ham, chicken, fish, bacon medallions, all that sort of stuff x

I have found foods rich in protein and fat to be extremely satiating. Still possible to eat on a diet if you have them with salad or low carb veg.

You need more protein, more veg and use your syns up every day otherwise you will be hungry....but sw is not what I would recommend after being there and doing it!

Too much sugar and carbs and not enough protein - that is why you are feeling hungry. Also drink lots of water in case you are dehydrated rather than hungry.

Lunch big bowl of home made soup containing protein and speed.

Jacket potatoes, steak and salad.

Fuck the Muller yogurts off right now. None of the shitty hifi bars either.

Fruit/crudités always at the ready in the fridge.

Healthy extras could be cheese in omlette, slice of bread with lunch and nuts for a snack.

The most important thing is to have 1/3 of your plate filled with veg before you put anything else on it. Your bolognese needs a big salad with it.
Toast and butter is a crap breakfast on SW as you are using your HealthY B and sunning the butter when you’ve nearly got out of bed.
I afree with others- bacon with the fat removed, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and beans a much more filling breakfast and free.

The point in syns is to use them, you don't have to use them all on treats etc but deffo use them
