Try some natural Skyr, it's high in protein and will keep you fuller for longer.

This.

as an ex slimming worlder, why don't you use some of your 'syns?' they're there to be used, if you deprive yourself you just end up bimging. All that'd have syns today is the butter?

And stop having Muller lights. They are runny crap..if you want yogurt have 0 Greek yogurt or the Danone light and free are thicker if you want a bit of flavouring

Try a cup of tea first in future. Then carrot sticks and hummus, something 'boring'. Fine to have some chocolate or crisps if that's what you really want, but I found it hard mindless snacking. Tell yourself 'if I'm not hungry for carrots then I'm not really hungry'. Make snacking boring.

I've joined the 'dark side' - WW and I'm finding it really good. A lot more flexibility - I have a 'treats' budget so if I go over by a biscuit im not tempted to go eat the whole packet! SW really worked for me but I struggled with the whole portion size thing - I need that strictness I think.

But good luck! And remember protein Is your friend. If you're properly hungry then eat something, just make it healthy. Maybe move tea to later on? I find it easy to last between dinner and tea but it's the evenings that get me. So I try to hold off having tea until 7ish, so I'm still reasonably full at bedtime

oh and I agree with having a more substantial breakfast. A usual (Good!) day for me on SW would have been something Like -

Porridge and fruit/egg on toast/overnight oats for breakfast
Snacked on fruit/veg if needed
Leftovers from night before as lazy bugger for lunch - usually a few syns in that. If I've not had yogurt at breakfast, yogurt for lunch. If had yogurt, maybe a banana or use some syns on something
Dinner was the normal stuff, stir fry, curry etc
I did use some syns in the evening but not a 'treat plate' (which look awesome but I don't think eating 15 in one go is great!), usually a bar of chocolate/crisps/msybe some nuts/milky coffee etc etc.
I second drinking lots of water, that really helps.
Snack on non carby (so speed) fruit and veg during the day. Protein Like ham etc is good too just don't eat the entire pack at once Like one person I know does
