I am a peri menopausal woman in a bad mood. Husband has been annoying me all day.

He's just gone into the garage. Stop me from locking him in. The key is in the lock. All I have to do is turn it...

Yes I am. But it's so tempting.

GertrudeCB · 01/08/2018 19:48

Step away from the key !

ProudThrilledHappy · 01/08/2018 19:49

Do it!! Smile

Singlenotsingle · 01/08/2018 19:49

Go and eat some chocolate! Chocolate cures everything! Halo

bastardkitty · 01/08/2018 19:50

Sometimes a little of what you want does you good, so they say.

Doingreat · 01/08/2018 19:52

LTB

book yourself into a spa

MayhemandMadness01 · 01/08/2018 19:53

No judge would convict - lock him in, that'll teach him for breathing round you Gin

DaisysStew · 01/08/2018 19:53

Turn the key 😈😁

ilovesliz · 01/08/2018 19:54

He came out and has gone back in again. He's now fannying around with superglue. It's an integral garage. It's not like it's an outbuilding or anything.

If he whistles all the bloody time like my DH, deffo turn the key.

LlamaPyjamas · 01/08/2018 19:57

Can he not just get out the front by opening the garage door?

MrsMozart · 01/08/2018 19:57

There's a chance he'll glue himself to something while he's in there... GrinWink

Jjjjigoo · 01/08/2018 19:58

He could get out of the garage door and re- enter that way. Make sure you lock all the other doos and windows.

bobstersmum · 01/08/2018 19:59

Lock him in! Just for a little bit!

ilovesliz · 01/08/2018 20:04

The garage doors are locked from the outside and the keys are with me in the kitchen. There's a door leading off from the utility room which has the key in it.

Oh, he's just come out. Missed my chance when I had to hide the phone.

OP posts:
ilovesliz · 01/08/2018 20:05

He's gone back in again...

HairyHiker · 01/08/2018 20:10

He's teasing you op!

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 01/08/2018 20:10

What’s the floor made of? Is there any chance he could dig his way out?

mimibunz · 01/08/2018 20:10

Do it for all of us, peri or post!

dotty12345 · 01/08/2018 20:11

Do it! Do it! Do it!!

PolkaHots · 01/08/2018 20:16

If you’re hiding your phone Mumsnet lore has it you’re having an affair. He’ll be starting a thread in relationships next...

ilovesliz · 01/08/2018 20:19

It's made of concrete. The kids have left their trainers in front of the door and every time he goes in and out of the garage he's making a great show of stepping over them. WHY DOESN'T HE JUST MOVE THEM???

OP posts:
Jjjjigoo · 01/08/2018 20:35

Lock him in and torment him as well.

Ethylred · 01/08/2018 20:38

My bastard DH looks at me.
When I'm sleeping. How very dare he.

Bobbiepin · 01/08/2018 20:39

Glue the door shut.
