PSA: Queer Eye is the best, most inclusive, most warm-hearted and delightful thing you can watch on tv at the moment. I wish there were a thousand episodes.

If you haven't watched the new version can I please implore you to get yourself on to Netflix and start experiencing the absolute joy that awaits you.

It’s the best thing ever. DP loves it too.

malificent7 · 20/06/2018 20:59

Yanbu...did and I love it. Watching it now in fact.

PositiveVibez · 20/06/2018 20:59

I have been recommended this by a couple of people now and am looking into forward to a binge at the weekend 😊

Star

I don't get it. I watched 4 episodes and thought it was crap...even though I wanted to love it. I'm surely not alone?

malificent7 · 20/06/2018 21:01

Dd even!

I heard Sara Cox raving about this on Radio 2 yesterday, haven't seen it yet.

ShatnersBassoon · 20/06/2018 21:04

It's what I watch when I'm ironing. It's lovely and heartwarming and fun.

I don't know if I liked the original team more though. Carson was brilliant.

Pecano · 20/06/2018 21:23

I love queer eye! I get teary at every single episode - I just live how happy everyone is in the end!

mybumpisonlypudding · 20/06/2018 21:24

I love it too!

PositiveVibez · 20/06/2018 21:27

Is it suitable for kids? Say for me to watch with my nearly 10yo dd?

SabineUndine · 20/06/2018 21:28

I’ve been recommended this by about six people so I’m gonna.

ShatnersBassoon · 20/06/2018 21:29

There might be a bit of unbeeped jeffing, but all the effing is beeped I think. The content is fine though.

LoafEater · 20/06/2018 21:29

I love it too. I hope Bobby gets paid more - he works twice as hard as the rest of them! I watched an episode yesterday and all Antoni did the entire episode was show someone how to cook an omlette!

PositiveVibez · 20/06/2018 21:30

Thanks shatners. I'll be sensible and watch one first myself.

RepealRepealRepeal · 20/06/2018 21:31

Yanbu. Absolutely love it

bettyboo40 · 20/06/2018 21:32

My 10 year old enjoys watching this with me.

VanGoghsLeftEar · 20/06/2018 21:32

Such a loving, positive show. I've watched them all. It's a balm to the soul.

MyOtherUsernameisaPun · 20/06/2018 21:32

@PositiveVibez I think it would be fine - certainly in terms of content it would be absolutely ok! But yeah maybe watch one first just to check the language because I can't remember if there is unbeeped swearing!

@PositiveVibez on the whole absolutely, there's a few innuendos but id have no issues letting my sister watch it and I'm known as the "strict" parent with her 😂

peachgreen · 20/06/2018 21:34

Ahh it's the best. S2 has been much better than S1 so far I think. My DH and I do nothing but poke affectionate fun at Antoni and his "cooking". Bless him.

SilverySurfer · 20/06/2018 21:34

I adore Queer Eye - all the lads are great but my favourite is Tan. Didn't know a new series was available so thanks for the heads up. I will watch it between episodes of Grey's Anatomy on Prime. I read it might be disappearing this month so am binge watching.

Pollypudding · 20/06/2018 21:34

I love it too. Have watched the first season and saving the second for a lovely binge watch. They are such fun, so talented and really care about the people they are helping!

Joinourclub · 20/06/2018 21:35

I don’t get it. Isn’t it just what Gok used to do?

FraxinusExcelsior · 20/06/2018 21:36

I love it! I tell everyone about it too.
