PSA: Queer Eye is the best, most inclusive, most warm-hearted and delightful thing you can watch on tv at the moment. I wish there were a thousand episodes.

If you haven't watched the new version can I please implore you to get yourself on to Netflix and start experiencing the absolute joy that awaits you.

Hands down the best thing I’ve seen on TV for ages. It’s just so pure, loving, positive, WONDERFUL. I want them all to be my best friends --and makeover my DH TBH —

It would mostly be ok for a child to watch, although there is one episode in season 1 where the 'straight guy' (who's actually gay) gets dressed up in his bondage gear. Not sure I'd feel up to explaining that to a 10 year old... YMMV ;)

I think nearly every episode has made me cry so far!

Does anyone remember a show called 'Would Like To Meet'? I loved it but it wasn't on for long. I'm kind of hoping Queer Eye is like that!

I do remember Would Like to Meet. Queer Eye is far better, nicer presenters and participants.

Tan is great- I love how he's body positive but helping people make the most of what they have at the same time. I've even started french tucking shirts because of him- he's right, it's way more flattering.

They are all great though and such great role models for boys and men- straight and gay.

I think it would mostly be fine for a 10yo, swearing is bleeped. There are a few sexual inuendos though.

DH and I were completely addicted to the original series, UK and US versions.

Bobby seems to have a lot of issues. I do adore him. Hes the hardest worker.
Antoni is the most beautiful man ever. I have the mega hots for him.
Karamos facial hair is incredible. As is his head hair. how is it so perfect?
Jonathan is hilarious. As he would say 'are you totally obsessed?' yes. I am.

The original series is all on you-tube, working my way through now - fond memories on the dole after uni and my parents had just got cable, watched queer eye religiously. And Judge Judy.

Brilliant show, really life affirming....tears have tripped me watching series one on Netflix.

Ah I'm so glad to hear about this. I loved the original. So nice to hear the newer version is heartwarming and lovely.

I find tv shows that center around conflict and arguements make me really uncomfortable. Can't wait to watch.

Love it! Tan is my favourite. I like how its time they go affordable shops rather than Armani etc like the original. Carson was the best then. He's a judge on RuPauls Drag Race now
