Good for you for standing your ground! Any updates on FB?

DGRossetti · 10/05/2018 15:49

There’s a rather pretty Italian name Titziana

technically Tiziania ...

UnsuspectedItem · 10/05/2018 15:52

After the infertility comment I'd be tempted to message her back, deeply apologetic, of course you'll take her to the surgery, so sorry, can't believe it's caused so much distress. Arrange a place to meet.

Don't show up.

But that just me being vindictive.

pegdolly · 10/05/2018 15:58

You should send her a care package of chicken-fillet pads for her bra, some contouring powder to hide her huge nose, and some brasso for her neck.

FluffyWhiteTowels · 10/05/2018 16:00

This woman is unbelievably bonkers. Says it all that her FB friends haven't immediately offered any RL help!

GnotherGnu · 10/05/2018 16:03

Tell her your lawyers can't wait to hear from hers, they're dying to know how they propose to get round basic legal principles that establish that you have no liability whatsoever.

EveningHare · 10/05/2018 16:04

Totally this

LoisWilkersonsLastNerve · 10/05/2018 16:07

I think yabu. You have got yourself out of a very entertaining friendship. You could have enthralled us all with years worth of threads. Angry

DGRossetti · 10/05/2018 16:22

Maybe I'm just too damn immature, but the idea of contacting titzilla pretending to be from a high-power firm of no-win no-fee lawyers, and upselling her "case" to the sound of ringing cash registers did occur to me earlier.

Smeddum · 10/05/2018 16:26

I found you! Happy days. Pissing myself laughing that he actually called her Titzilla Grin
I hope you’re going somewhere sunny OP!

Eatalot · 10/05/2018 16:27

I bet the daily mail journalists are going out of their minds to track down titzilla. I can see the headline ' "Lawsuits- Friend who said she would take me to my boobjob pulled out when I demanded she pay to get me there. Now im £13000 out of pocket"

I would pay gold to see the sad face picture.

ReanimatedSGB · 10/05/2018 16:34

OP's DH probably met OP after she'd got used to Titzilla. OP sounds goodhearted, and goodhearted people are often taken in by CFs - but people who have either had dealings with one before or have good people-reading skills sometimes find it easier to detect a manipulative, toxic bully. Perhaps Titzilla tried to hit on the H at some point - or the H didn't appeal to her, so she didn't waste much attention on him, but he spotted the contempt she had for OP and didn't like it.

happypoobum · 10/05/2018 16:34

Maybe you should call the clinic and make sure they know the procedure is cancelled??? Grin

It would be helpful I think.

ColourfulOrangex · 10/05/2018 16:50

Grin lovely middle name Titzilla Wink
I bet she hasn't cancelled the trip, is just trying to guilt trip you into it

NewPapaGuinea · 10/05/2018 16:56

Titzilla’s Gofundme page going live soon...

happypoobum · 10/05/2018 16:56

Of course if Titzilla is confused by the message the DH sent and googles "Titzilla" she will be directed to this thread Grin

PanGalaticGargleBlaster · 10/05/2018 16:56

technically Tiziania

Was she not in Shakespeare’s A Midsummers Night Dream? Albeit with a Tudor tit job?

forumdonkey · 10/05/2018 16:58

I got a minute during work yesterday morning and started reading the original thread and have just caught up with it. I'm open mouthed at Titzilla, especially the fb status. OP please don't block her just yet, I'm sorry, but this level of self entitled crazy is hilarious Grin

DGRossetti · 10/05/2018 16:59

That was "Titania" (along with Oberon and Puck, you could probably come up with quite a scurrilous song) heroine of centuries of schoolboy sniggering .....

FaithEverPresent · 10/05/2018 17:01

She really is the gift that keeps on giving! Your DH is great for taking it in such good humour. Tempting as it is to send witty replies or even arrange to meet her and then fail to turn up, dignified silence is probably the most sensible plan.

ohfortuna · 10/05/2018 17:13

I'm a bit worried about the lengths that TTZ might go to if/when she reads the mn threads and realises the full extent of her humiliation

TitZillas · 10/05/2018 17:24

bunch of trolls Grin

ohfortuna · 10/05/2018 17:25

I have an image of someone with not very good personal awareness who isnt capable of having 'normal' reciprocal friendships and who ultimately will do badly in life because she is unable to effectively negotiate with people

TheHodgeoftheHedge · 10/05/2018 17:26

How have I only just found these threads?!
OP you've really cheered me up.

DobbyLovesSocks · 10/05/2018 17:30

Hi OP. I found your first thread when I was awake with insomnia at crazy o'clock this morning and have been scrolling through for updates all day. Firstly what a bitch for mentioning your fertility issues (which aren't even issues at moment as like you say you have been trying for a couple of months) I have fertility issues (2years to conceive, surgery and medication to actually fall). She is a vile human being and I would have I friended and blocked just after those comments. She has just gone more and more batshit since this whole situation started.

I really hope you enjoy your break away with your hubby -who by the way sounds like an absolute diamond.

Titzilla has missed a trick with you as you sound like a lovely person but I think you are so much better off without her
