That much really is entirely her business. She took out the loan, presumably she will pay it back, that's her call. It's not a moral issue.

In one of your earlier posts you mentioned that your DH didn't like her from the beginning. Was there anything in particular that he picked up on, or was it, just her overall general toxicity?
